How to get email contacts from a list of names.

If you have a file with a list of employees’ names and their companies, can find their email addresses for you. Just follow these steps:

1. Choose the Emails From Names tool from the Tools menu in the top bar.

2. Choose your file for uploading.
It must be in CSV format and contain 3 columns:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Company’s domain.FAQ:
    Q: Can there be more than 3 columns in my uploaded CSV file?
    A: Yes, but the first three columns should be First name, Last name and the Company’s domain in this exact order.
    Q: Can I upload a file with company names?
    A: There can be an extra column with company names, but the third column should contain company domains, otherwise won’t have the necessary data to find the email addresses.

3. Upload your file.

Before the search starts, the system will tell you how many credits it will cost.
If you want to continue, click the Upload button.

4. Once the search is complete, an Open list button will appear and your search will be saved to the tool’s history.

5. You can now see the list and review the search results. All email addresses provided will be verified.
