How to schedule your Drip Campaign

When you create a drip campaign on our platform, you can specify the day and time (including alignment with the prospects’ time zone) for when you want your emails to be sent.

Simply follow the steps below if you want to schedule your drip campaign on platform. There are a few ways to create a Schedule.

1. Сlick on the Schedules button from your list of campaigns and you’ll be redirected to a new window where you can create a Schedule.

2. Choose schedule directly from a campaign.

If you have previously created a schedule, you can choose it for your campaign by clicking Choose schedule on the left. If you want to create a new one, click Create a schedule. You will see a pop-up window where you can choose and set all the options for a future schedule. Name your schedule and choose a time zone for it. Tick the checkboxes in front of the days and pick the hours between which the emails will be sent. Press Save and you’re all set!

Please note that when you add Delay or Trigger elements to your campaign, the sending will still abide by the schedule. Keep that in mind when creating a schedule and the campaign itself.
When the schedule is ready, you can apply it to your drip campaign. Open your drip campaign and click on Choose schedule button.

Select the schedule that you want to use for your current campaign and click Apply.

All drip campaigns that are running according to a schedule will have this icon next to the campaign name.

You can edit the schedule either from the list of campaigns or from the chosen campaign itself. In order to do that, click on the Edit icon in the top right corner of the edit window.

Please note that if you edit the schedule and save the changes, these changes will be applied to all the campaigns that are running according to this schedule.
