Tracker Opened status issue for chrome version 74 (and older) – February 2019 (Resolved)
If you use an old version of Google Chrome (74 or older) and notice that your emails sent with Email Tracker enabled are displayed as opened when you view them, you can easily fix this issue:
- Go to chrome://flags/#network-service (copy text and paste into address bar).
- In the Enable network service option, select “Disabled” from the drop-down menu.
- At the bottom of the page click the “Relaunch Now” button. Your browser will relaunch.
After you’ve performed all the steps, the issue should be solved.
