Snov.io Email Tracker<\/a> extension not only offers free email tracking for Gmail but also syncs with your Snov.io account. It can synchronize with the Snov.io app so that all of your email addresses and emails from Gmail will be saved to your Snov.io account and displayed in the CRM timeline<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Note: <\/b>Contact and data synchronization is available on <\/span>premium plans<\/span><\/a> only (starting with the S plan), so make sure you have purchased the one you need.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Here\u2019s a short instruction on how to sync your contacts and data with your Snov.io account:<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1.<\/b> In your Gmail account, click the<\/span> Snov.io Email Tracker<\/b> icon (1) and in the pop-up window, toggle the Sync to CRM <\/b>button (2). <\/span><\/p>\n

If you are not previously logged into your Snov.io account, do it now by clicking the <\/span>Login <\/b>button.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Then, return to Gmail to proceed with the synchronization. You may need to refresh the page to see the necessary button. <\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2. <\/b>To activate the synchronization, toggle the <\/span>Synchronize contacts and data to your Snov.io account <\/b>checkbox, choose your Gmail account to continue, and allow Snov.io to access your Gmail account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3.<\/b> Once the <\/span>Synchronize contacts and data to your Snov.io account <\/b>checkbox is activated, you can select the list from the Snov.io app to save contacts to.<\/span><\/p>\n

That\u2019s it! Contacts you have interacted with in Gmail will be saved to the prospects list with a full name and an email address.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 4. <\/b>Go to your <\/span>prospects list<\/span><\/a> in your Snov.io account and click on the synchronized contact. You\u2019ll see the prospect\u2019s timeline with:<\/span><\/p>\n

  2. the statistics of email opens, clicks, and replies<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. the prospect\u2019s replies<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If there are multiple recipients in the email, it will be displayed in each prospect\u2019s timeline. But note that the statistics of email opens and clicks will be shown for the total number of recipients.<\/span><\/p>\n
