Snov.io uses a tagging system to label prospects based on their status or activities and to allow you to filter them based on the tag criteria.<\/p>\n

Below are default tags that we apply to a prospect profile automatically after a certain event or activity:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Tag name<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nWhen applied<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\nNotes<\/strong><\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0In campaign<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0Applied when prospect is added to a campaign<\/td>\nThis tag is applied when you launch a campaign.<\/p>\n

Also means that prospect was already added to one of your campaigns.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Not contacted yet<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0Applied to prospects added to a campaign who have not yet received an\u00a0 email<\/span><\/td>\nUsually comes with \"In campaign\" tag and is replaced with \"Contacted\" tag when prospect is sent an email.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0Contacted<\/strong><\/td>\nApplied when prospect is sent an email from a campaign<\/td>\nThis tag is applied when prospect receives the first email<\/p>\n

Also means that a prospect was already contacted in your past campaigns.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\u00a0Campaign completed<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0When prospect completes an email sequence (receives all the emails)<\/td>\nThis tag is applied when a prospect reaches the final step in your email sequence. Also means that a prospect have completed a sequence before.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0Replied<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0When prospect replies to any of the sequence emails<\/td>\nThis tag is applied after we register a response from a prospect. Also means that a prospect have replied to your emails before.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0Auto-Replied<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0When there was an automatic response to a campaign email<\/td>\nThis tag is applied when we detect auto-response to one of the campaign emails.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0Bounced<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0When there was an email delivery error<\/td>\nAfter we register that an email sent to a prospect bounced, this tag is applied.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00a0Unsubscribed<\/strong><\/td>\n\u00a0When prospect opts out using an unsubscribe link in any of your emails<\/td>\nThis tag means that a prospect have unsubscribed and will not be emailed again.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

Using tagging system, you can categorize prospects by their status or activities, and filter them by those tags.<\/span><\/p>\n
