<\/div>\nTo get updates automatically, install LI Prospect Finder from the Chrome Web Store<\/a> (see this guide<\/a>).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Step 1. Remove the old version from Chrome<\/a> Your saved prospects and lists stay in your Snov.io account.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Type chrome:\/\/extensions<\/span> in the address bar, or click More<\/strong> > Extensions<\/strong> > Manage Extensions<\/strong>. Find LI Prospect Finder<\/strong> and click Remove<\/strong>.<\/p>\n To avoid mixing up versions, find the folder of the old version on your computer and delete it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Click the link above to save the ZIP file to your computer.<\/p>\n Find the ZIP file on your computer. To open its folder quickly, press Ctrl+J<\/strong> (Cmd+Shift+J<\/strong> on Mac) in Chrome, then click the folder icon next to the file.<\/p>\n Then extract the files to a new folder:<\/p>\n Keep the extracted folder in a permanent location, and avoid Downloads if you clean it often, because Chrome loads the extension directly from this folder.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Open chrome:\/\/extensions<\/span> and make sure the Developer mode<\/strong> switch in the top right corner is on.<\/p>\n Click Load unpacked<\/strong> in the top left corner.<\/p>\n Select the folder you extracted in step 3 and click Select<\/strong>. Chrome installs the extension and adds it to the list.<\/p>\n Select the folder that contains the manifest.json<\/span> file, or Chrome shows an installation error.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Click the puzzle icon in the top right corner of Chrome, then click Pin<\/strong> next to LI Prospect Finder<\/strong>. If you need more details, see this guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n On the Extensions<\/strong> page, find the LI Prospect Finder<\/strong> card and check the version number. It should match the version in step 2.<\/p>\n Then open LinkedIn and click the LI Prospect Finder icon to open the sidebar.<\/p>\n This error appears when you select the wrong folder in step 5. Open the folder and check that it contains the manifest.json<\/span> file. If you see another folder inside, select that folder instead.<\/p>\n Once you save prospects with the extension, you can:<\/p>\n LI Prospect Finder gets regular updates.
