Connect existing account in bulk via CSV<\/a><\/p>\n Create Done-for-you accounts<\/a><\/p>\n Add an unlimited number of accounts \u2014 use them to check inbox placement, run warm-up, launch multichannel campaigns, and sync inboxes to Snov.io.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n To get started, go to your Email Accounts<\/a> dashboard.<\/p>\n Click Add email account<\/strong> and select your existing provider.<\/p>\n In this account type, Snov.io connects to your email account and sends emails through your provider\u2019s servers.<\/p>\n Add Gmail\/Workspace or Microsoft Office accounts via direct sign-in.<\/p>\n Alternatively, use an SMTP\/IMAP connection for more advanced settings \u2014 for example, to send from another name or use a different IMAP server. For most popular providers, Snov.io will automatically fill in the default settings.<\/p>\n To complete the connection through SMTP, enter your login and password in the corresponding fields.<\/p>\n Snov.io supports all major email services (ESPs). Select Other<\/strong> to add an account from any provider using SMTP settings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n To add multiple email sender accounts at once, use the\u00a0Import from CSV<\/b> option.<\/p>\n Upload a CSV file with account details and provider settings, and Snov.io will automatically set up the accounts using data from your file.<\/p>\n Besides connecting your existing accounts, Snov.io also offers done-for-you (DFY) domains and mailboxes.<\/p>\n The DFY service automatically creates new sender accounts from scratch, without any setup required on the provider\u2019s side.<\/p>\n With this option, you can buy domains and create email senders in bulk directly from your dashboard.<\/p>\n Every account comes fully configured with essential deliverability settings \u2014 SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and tracking domains.<\/p>\n To get started, open the\u00a0Email Accounts<\/a>\u00a0section.<\/p>\n Click\u00a0Add email account<\/b>\u00a0and choose the\u00a0Done-for-you mailboxes<\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/p>\n Read how to set up your cold email system in our guide<\/a>.<\/p>\n Before you start any campaigns, warm up your newly connected (your own and DFY accounts included) email accounts to improve deliverability.<\/p>\n Select the accounts you just connected, then use bulk actions\u00a0to start warm-up for multiple accounts at once.<\/p>\n Remember: prepare your email accounts before running campaigns to get the best deliverability.<\/p>\n 1) Start warm-up<\/a><\/p>\n 2) Check domain health<\/a> and add DNS records if needed<\/p>\n 3) Run regular deliverability tests<\/a> to catch issues early and get recommended fixes<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Once you've added your accounts, you can connect them to the built-in Snov.io mailbox and sync all your email activities.<\/p>\n In the Unibox<\/a> page, manage communication from all your inboxes and process replies from any connected account.<\/p>\n After connecting your accounts, add custom tags to segment them later by any criteria you need.<\/p>\n Add tags in the settings of a specific email account<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Or bulk-add to multiple accounts from the Email Accounts<\/a> list<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Tags make it easier to segment and filter senders, especially when managing large numbers of accounts. Once created, a tag is saved to your tag list and can be reused anytime.<\/p>\n How to use tags (examples)<\/b><\/p>\n Use tags to segment and filter by purpose, owner, warm-up status, daily limit, or any other criteria your team needs. Tags are shared across your Team account<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n Once a tag is added, open the filter menu in the top right to display only the accounts with that tag.<\/p>\n After that, you can run quick actions on the selected accounts.
