This guide shows how to cancel your plan and remove paid add-ons, including LinkedIn slots and DFY mailboxes.<\/p>\n

If you don't want your Snov.io subscription to continue, manage your plan and add-ons from the Billing<\/a> settings.<\/p>\n

In Team accounts<\/a>, only the Team leader can access billing settings and manage any of the subscriptions.<\/p>\n

What happens after plan cancellation<\/a><\/p>\n

Cancel add-ons (LinkedIn slots and DFY domains)<\/a><\/p>\n

Cancel plan<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To start the plan cancellation, go to the\u00a0Billing<\/a> settings in your account. In your plan details at the top of the page, set auto-renewal to\u00a0Off.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When you need more features, just purchase the plan you want. No need to cancel your current plan first.<\/p>\n

What happens after plan cancellation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Check your plan\u2019s end date under Billing period<\/strong>. On that date, any unused limits (credits, recipients, warm-ups, LinkedIn slots) will expire, and your account will switch to the Free plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After cancelling, you\u2019ll keep access to your plan features and data export until the end of the billing period. Export your prospect lists and campaign reports before your plan expires.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To keep your credits and all premium features, renew your plan manually by clicking Upgrade plan. <\/strong>To choose the best option for you, check our plan overview<\/a> and compare tools and limits.<\/p>\n

Cancel add-ons<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The tabs in your Billing<\/strong> section list all active add-on subscriptions: LinkedIn accounts and DFY mailboxes.<\/p>\n

If you have multiple Snovio subscriptions (plans and add-ons), you\u2019ll need to cancel each one separately.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

To cancel an add-on, open the relevant tab and turn off auto-renewal for the add-on you no longer need.<\/p>\n

To cancel DFY domains and\/or emails, go to Billing<\/a> --> Domains & Emails<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n

To cancel LinkedIn slots, go to Billing<\/a> --> LinkedIn accounts<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Confirm your plan is cancelled<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Go to Billing settings<\/a> in your account.<\/p>\n

If Auto-renewal is on<\/strong>, toggle it off<\/strong> and go through the confirmation process.<\/p>\n

If Auto-renewal is off<\/strong>, no more action is needed\u00a0 \u2014 your plan subscription will cancel automatically at the end of the current billing period and won\u2019t renew.<\/p>\n
