The ICP outlines the characteristics of someone who would benefit most from your offer.<\/p>\n<p>After researching your potential customers, you should have an ICP template similar to this: United States\/Computer Software\/51-200\/Data Analyst. You can find it in the <strong>Finder<\/strong> section at the top menu. To search for prospect profiles, set up the search on the <strong>Prospects <\/strong>tab. The email addresses are not yet available until you add prospects to your list.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There are a few flexible options to save the search results, including adding prospects to your list in bulk.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>1) Save selected:<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While reviewing the search results, manually select the required prospects (using the checkboxes on the right). Then, click <\/span><b>Add to list <\/b>to start email search and<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> save prospects to your list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use the <\/span><b>Unselect all<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option to clear your selection in one click and start again if needed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>2) All on page (save 50 prospects at once):<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use the <\/span><b>All on page<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option to select and save all prospects from the currently active page (50 prospects per page). To open the next page of prospects, click <\/span><b>Next<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the bottom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>3) All search results (save all prospects at once):<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use this option to select all prospects found in the current search. Don\u2019t forget to adjust them as needed in future searches.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Number of prospects to select (select exact number of prospects)<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set the number of prospects you want to save from the current search. Use this option when you know exactly how many prospects you need based on your filters.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Max prospects per company<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Set the maximum number of prospects you want to save from one company within the current search. This limit may be useful to save a specific number of prospects you plan to contact from each company and avoid saving more than required.<\/span><b><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Skip previously saved<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enable this option to avoid saving prospects you\u2019ve already added in previous searches. This helps prevent duplicate prospects from appearing in your lists.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p><strong>Note about alternative emails:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In rare cases, you may notice that the domain in a prospect's email address is different from the company name in the search results.<\/p>\n<p>Here\u2019s why: If no valid email is available for the current company, we\u2019ll search for an alternative email address from the prospect\u2019s employment history.<\/p>\n<p>This email still belongs to the same prospect but is associated with their previous company. You will be charged\u00a0 for adding alternative emails only if their status is valid (green) or unknown (yellow).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3><strong>Saved and recent searches<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Your previous searches are saved in the <strong>Recent searches<\/strong> section on the right. You can also <strong>Save<\/strong> these recent searches if you need to repeat them with the same parameters later.<\/p>\n<p>Under <strong>Saved searches<\/strong>, click any entry to view its details and apply the saved filters to a new search.
