This article explains how to download a report with general campaign statistics. To export recipient lists and engagement reports for specific campaigns, refer to this article<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Data export is available with premium plans. Upgrade your plan<\/a> in account settings to access the export feature.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Export statistics for all campaigns<\/strong><\/h2>\n

On the All campaigns<\/a> page, you can download a file with statistics for all campaigns in your account. By default, the export includes all your campaigns of all statuses (including archived campaigns).<\/p>\n

To download campaign statistics, c<\/span>lick <\/span>Export statistics <\/b>at the top. In the pop-up window, select a time period for the export (from Today <\/strong>to All time<\/strong>, or a custom period).<\/p>\n

The time period for export refers to the time when the activities occurred, not when the campaign creation date.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The export file will automatically download to your computer in CSV format. You can find it in the default \"Downloads\" folder.<\/p>\n

Filter campaigns<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You can customize which campaigns are included by applying filters to the campaign list. Use the Filters<\/strong> menu in the top-right corner. For example, add a Status<\/strong> filter to include only campaigns with a certain status. The export will only contain data for the campaigns visible in the list based on your selected filters.<\/p>\n

Data and metrics included in the report<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The report includes general details (status, sender accounts, owner) and all engagement metrics\/activities tracked for each campaign separately.<\/p>\n

The export file includes the statistics for both channels: Email<\/strong> and LinkedIn automation<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

If a metric has no data due to tracking being disabled, no recipient activity during the selected time period, it will still appear in the file with zero values.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
