By default, the export includes campaigns of all statuses, including archived campaigns.<\/p>\n<p>To download campaign statistics, click <strong>Export statistics<\/strong> at the top. In the pop-up window, select a time period for the export: from <strong>Today<\/strong> to <strong>All time<\/strong>, or a custom period.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>The time period for export refers to when the activities occurred, not when the campaign was created.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The export file will automatically download to your computer in CSV format. Use the <strong>Filters<\/strong> menu in the top-right corner.<\/p>\n<p>For example, add a <strong>Status<\/strong> filter to include only campaigns with a certain status. owner, and all engagement metrics tracked for each campaign separately.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>The export file includes statistics for both channels: <strong>Email<\/strong> and <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/linkedin-automation-tools\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>LinkedIn automation<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If a metric has no data because tracking was disabled or there was no recipient activity during the selected time period, it will still appear in the file with zero values.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The statistics for the <strong>Email<\/strong> channel are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Total recipients:<\/strong> The total number of prospects added to the campaign.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contacted:<\/strong> The number and percentage of unique recipients who received at least one email.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emails sent:<\/strong> The total number of emails sent to prospects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email opens:<\/strong> The number and percentage of recipients who opened the email at least once.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email clicks:<\/strong> The number and percentage of recipients who clicked a link in your emails at least once.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email replies:<\/strong> The number and percentage of recipients who replied to at least one email sent during the selected period.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Unsubscribed:<\/strong> The number and percentage of recipients who unsubscribed from your campaign.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bounced:<\/strong> The number and percentage of recipients who didn\u2019t receive at least one email due to a delivery error.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Auto-reply:<\/strong> The number and percentage of recipients who replied with an auto-reply to at least one email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the <strong>LinkedIn<\/strong> channel, the statistics include:<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>To get statistics for LinkedIn activities, <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-use-snov-io-linkedin-automation\/#add-linkedin-actions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">add LinkedIn actions<\/a> to your sequence. <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/linkedin-account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Enable a LinkedIn slot<\/a> in your account settings to use LinkedIn automation.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Profile views:<\/strong> The number of prospects\u2019 profiles visited.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Post likes:<\/strong> The total number of prospects\u2019 posts liked on LinkedIn.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Connection requests:<\/strong> The number of connection requests sent to prospects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accepted requests:<\/strong> The number and percentage of recipients who accepted your connection request.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Messages sent:<\/strong> The number of messages sent to prospects on LinkedIn.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Message replies:<\/strong> The number and percentage of recipients who replied to your LinkedIn messages at least once.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div
