This article explains recipient statuses in your campaigns.<\/p>\n

When you add prospects to a campaign, they become recipients with assigned statuses. These statuses change as prospects move through your sequence and engage with your emails or messages.<\/p>\n

Here's what each recipient status means:<\/p>\n

Active<\/b>: <\/span><\/p>\n

Recipients receive this status when they initially enter the campaign. This status indicates that the sequence is currently running for this recipient.<\/p>\n

Paused<\/b>: <\/span><\/p>\n

You can set the status to Paused when you want to manually stop the campaign for a specific recipient. It means the sequence for this recipient won't continue.<\/p>\n

To resume the sequence again for this recipient, change the status back to Active.<\/p>\n

Finished<\/b>: <\/span><\/p>\n

This status is assigned automatically when the sequence ends for a recipient. Either they completed all steps in the sequence, or the campaign stopped because they replied and the stop follow-ups for prospects who reply setting was enabled.<\/p>\n

Unsubscribed<\/b>: <\/span><\/p>\n

The system applies this status when a recipient clicks on an unsubscribe link in one of your emails.<\/p>\n

Moved<\/b>: <\/span><\/p>\n

The system assigns this status when you transfer a recipient from one prospect list to another.<\/p>\n

For recipients with the Moved status, the sequence stops, and you cannot switch their status back to Active to restart or resume the sequence.<\/p>\n

Don't move\u00a0prospects who are already part of an active drip campaign to different prospect lists. Doing so will remove them from the recipient list of the ongoing campaign, and they won't continue to receive further emails within that campaign.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Over limit<\/b>: <\/span><\/p>\n

The system automatically assigns this status to recipients who are still in the campaign when your email recipient balance<\/a> runs out.<\/p>\n

To restart the sequence for these recipients, ensure you have enough email recipients in your balance, and then change their status back to Active.<\/p>\n

Bounced<\/b>: <\/span><\/p>\n

The system automatically marks the status as Bounced when the message couldn't be delivered to the recipient, and a bounce was detected<\/a>.<\/p>\n

For recipients with the Bounced status, the sequence stops. You can switch them back to Active, but be aware that sending again to a bounced address may further hurt your deliverability if it bounces again.<\/p>\n

Replied:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The system assigns this status when a recipient replies to an email or LinkedIn message in the sequence. Because the Stop follow-ups after reply setting is disabled, the sequence continues and the recipient keeps receiving messages until the last step is completed.<\/p>\n

Auto-replied:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The system detected an automatic reply, such as an out-of-office message. The sequence stops for recipients with this status.<\/p>\n

Replied from another email:<\/strong><\/p>\n

This status is assigned in two cases:<\/p>\n
