Reason 1: Outdated extension version<\/b><\/p>\n

As part of our commitment to bringing you the best experience with LI Prospect Finder, we\u2019ve updated the extension, so starting from Nov 10, 2022, it's old versions released before May 2022 will be disabled.<\/span><\/p>\n

The notices about the upcoming termination of older versions have been sent twice to all our customers.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you haven\u2019t updated the extension, its version may have become outdated by now and is, therefore, no longer supported.<\/span><\/p>\n

It only takes a couple of minutes to update LI Prospect Finder and get an improved version of the extension at no extra charge. This guide<\/span><\/a> will walk you through the reinstallation process.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reason 2: Internal technical issue<\/b><\/p>\n
