<\/div>\n\nBefore you start. <\/strong>To manage how you sign in to Snov.io, make sure you have:<\/p>\n
1) A Snov.io account.<\/strong> Registered with either a Google account or an email and password.<\/p>\n
2) Access to your Gmail inbox.<\/strong> Required to create or reset a manual password.<\/p>\n
3) Google Workspace access.<\/strong> Only needed if your organization signs in through Workspace SSO.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
Snov.io supports two ways to sign in: Sign in with Google<\/strong>, which hands authentication entirely to Google, and a manual email-and-password login, which you can set up as a backup or primary method.<\/p>\n
You can also switch between the two at any time. For example, you can add a manual password even if you originally signed up with Google.<\/p>\n
Use Google Sign-In<\/strong><\/h2>\n
To keep your account secure, Snov.io's website offers a Sign in with Google<\/strong> option. When you register this way, Snov.io does not create or store a password for you. Google handles authentication entirely.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\nYou don't need to create or manage a separate Snov.io password when using Google Sign-In.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nCorporate login (SSO)<\/strong><\/h2>\n
If your company uses Google Workspace, the Sign in with Google<\/strong> button logs you in through SSO automatically.<\/p>\n
Snov.io verifies your identity through your company's existing Google account and security policies. Any additional security measures your organization enforces, such as multi-factor authentication, phone prompts, or security keys, also apply when you access Snov.io.<\/p>\n

<\/div>\nSnov.io currently supports SSO only through Google Workspace using Sign in with Google<\/strong>. Other identity providers and SSO solutions are not supported.<\/div>\n<\/div>\nCreate a manual password<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Create a manual password if you want to log in by entering your email and password instead of using Google Sign-In.<\/p>\n
Request a password reset<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Go to the Snov.io login page and click Forgot Your Password?<\/strong> Enter the Gmail address you use for Google Sign-In and click Restore<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nSet your new password<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Open your Gmail inbox, find the reset email from Snov.io, and click the recovery link. Create and confirm a new strong password.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\nOnce complete, you can log in using either method. Both access the same account:<\/p>\n

Change or update your password<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Log in and go to Account Settings<\/strong> by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner. Open the Profile<\/strong> or Security<\/strong> tab, enter your current password, then your new password, and click Save Changes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If you use the same browser for both a personal Gmail account and a work email account, Google may try to sign you in with the wrong account.<\/p>\n
If you see an error or land on a blank account, follow these steps:<\/p>\n

- Log out of Snov.io<\/li>\n
- Click Sign in with Google<\/strong> again<\/li>\n
- In the Google pop-up, select your corporate work email<\/li>\n
- If it's not listed, click Use another account<\/strong> and enter your company credentials<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
