It uses your provider\u2019s servers from your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/email-account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">connected email accounts.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"285\">Here\u2019s what that means:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1)<\/strong> Snov.io acts as a tool to manage and <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/outreach-campaigns\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">automate your outreach<\/a>\u00a0while your email provider handles the actual email sending. This means that each email appears as if you sent it yourself from your own email, and you'll find all these messages in your email application's \"Sent\" folder (for example, in Gmail).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2)<\/strong> You get full control over your email account settings. You also <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/deliverability\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">control your deliverability<\/a> and your sender\u2019s reputation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> Since Snov.io uses your provider\u2019s servers to send emails, your provider\u2019s sending limits and <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-prepare-for-googles-new-requirements-for-email-senders\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sender guidelines<\/a> also apply to your campaigns.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4)<\/strong> You can sync all your connected email accounts with <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/unibox\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Unibox<\/a>, so you can view both sent and received emails directly within your Snov.io account.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">Learn your email <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/email-sending-limits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">provider\u2019s policies and limits<\/a>. If you exceed them, your provider may temporarily suspend your account. If that happens, Snov.io won\u2019t be able to send emails, and you\u2019ll see an error in your email settings.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>How to edit email account settings<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>In Snov.io, you can control the interval between your emails, set a daily limit and schedule sending times. The default settings use recommended values, but you can adjust them to better fit your needs.<\/p>\n<p>To customize your email settings, go to the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/email-account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Email accounts<\/a> list and click the <strong>Edit\u00a0<\/strong>icon on the right. Scroll down to the <strong>Optional settings <\/strong>section.<\/p>\n<p>You can customize these settings for each email account you connect to Snov.io.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Daily sending limit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can set the number of emails sent per day by each connected email account. Adjust this limit in the email settings to ensure you stay within your provider's limits. Read how to set up daily limits <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/email-sending-limits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Delay between emails<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Set the interval between sending each email.
