Please note that active campaigns using mailbox rotation will pause if your premium plan expires.<\/p>\n<p>If any of the added accounts disconnect due to connection problems, the campaign will continue using other accounts. If all added accounts have connection issues, the campaign will stop until the connection is restored.<\/p>\n<p>Why this error occurs: When your premium plan expires, your account switches to a free Trial plan that doesn't include the mailbox rotation feature.<\/p>\n<p>How to fix it: If you wish to continue your campaign on the Trial plan with only one sender account, simply delete any additional sender accounts.<\/p>\n<p><b>Here\u2019s how to do it:<\/b><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Step 1: Edit your campaign<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/campaigns\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">campaigns list<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and select the one with multiple sender accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click <\/span><b>Edit <\/b>on the left<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to enter the editing mode.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Step 2: Open the list of added senders<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Go to the <\/span><b>Sending options<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> step in the campaign editor.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Find the <\/span><b>Sender accounts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section at the top and click on it to see the list of added senders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Decide which sender account you want to use in this campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Remember: Trial plan allows you to add only one sender account. Upgrade back to premium for a higher daily sending limit.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h3><strong>Step 3: Remove extra accounts<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To remove a sender account from the mailbox rotation, click on the <strong>delete<\/strong> icon (it looks like a cross) next to it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delete all extra accounts until you have one left.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To apply changes and continue, click <\/span><b>Next<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> at the bottom right.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Step 4: Resume your campaign<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the <\/span><b>Review<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> section, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">click <\/span><b>Start<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to resume sending the campaign from one sender account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>You can check its daily sending limit on the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/email-account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Email accounts<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If this article doesn't answer your question, don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Care team.
