because the newer integration version uses the OAuth method instead of an API token to establish a connection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To access the latest integration features and resume the integration, please reconnect it using the new method.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/integrations\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Integrations<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> page, click <\/span><b>Reconnect<\/b><span You must do this before adding the next mapping.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #c89c1b;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">B<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oth fields must share the same data type \u2013 you can only map a Text type field with another Text type field.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>To undo a mapping:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Click the trash icon next to the row of mapped fields. Removing the mapping won't delete the custom field itself.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>Set additional data exchange settings<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>At the bottom of the field mapping section, you'll find additional parameters for data exchange.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Include email communication history<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Emails sent to prospects through Snov.io campaigns will show up in Pipedrive's contact <strong>Activities<\/strong> tab as completed tasks.<\/p>\n<p>The synced data includes the email content and its activity status (opened, replied, clicked, etc.).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Only sync prospects with email addresses\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By default, only prospects with an email address in their profile will be transferred to avoid duplicates. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you disable this option, there might be duplicates because the integration checks for them using the email address.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-block-image shadow aligncenter wp-image-28690 \" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2023-11-15_21-40-39.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"553\" height=\"119\" srcset=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2023-11-15_21-40-39.jpg 613w, https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/2023-11-15_21-40-39-300x65.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 553px) 100vw, 553px\" \/><\/p>\n<div style=\"border-radius: 10px;
