autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h4><strong>[For bulk senders]: Match your \u201cFrom\u201d domain with your SPF or DKIM domain.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This is a requirement for a complete DMARC authentication for bulk senders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It\u2019s meant to verify that the DKIM and SPF records contain the same domain that you've connected to Snov.io for sending emails.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What to do: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Make sure the domain in the \"From\" field in email account settings matches the domain authenticated in SPF or in DKIM.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For more detailed information, read the official doc on how to pass <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/a\/answer\/10032169#alignment\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DMARC alignment<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"keep-spam-rate-low\"><strong>Step 2: Keep spam complaint rate below 0.3%<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>This requirement mainly concerns the prospects you contact and the content of your emails.<\/p>\n<p>Now, ensure you keep the spam complaint rate below the 0.3% threshold, as reported in Google Postmaster. A spam complaint is when a recipient intentionally marks your email as spam.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">High spam rate is often a result of incorrect lead targeting, when you email people who are not suitable for your offer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If your spam rate goes over the threshold, your emails will more likely be flagged or blocked by providers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>What to do:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The best way to lower your spam rate is to send emails that are relevant, targeted, and personalized.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Monitor your spam rate using <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gmail.com\/postmaster\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Google Postmaster<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tool. It will display your spam rate with Gmail recipients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Here's a brief checklist to reduce your spam rate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t send generic emails to random prospects. Collect your leads based on your ideal customer profile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Send relevant, personalized and value-packed email content. The more value an incoming email carries for the recipient, the better it will be perceived.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Give your recipient a simple way to unsubscribe \u2014 don\u2019t force them to make spam complaints.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Don\u2019t email recipients who show no interest after a few follow-ups.
