Such domain variations will still be familiar to your recipients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Which domain extension to use?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use country-based domains (<strong>.ca<\/strong>, <strong>.fr<\/strong>, <strong>.co<\/strong>, <strong>.uk<\/strong>) for outreach in that region. Use global domains for international campaigns (<strong>.com<\/strong>, <strong>.io<\/strong>, <strong>.org<\/strong>) - these are <\/span>generally the best choice for cold email outreach.<\/p>\n<p>Avoid TLDs such as <strong>.biz<\/strong>, <strong>.online<\/strong>, <strong>.xyz<\/strong>, <strong>.digital<\/strong> - they are often seen as spammy and emails from these domains are more likely to get flagged.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Choosing email provider<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>When setting up your cold outreach system, always choose trustworthy email providers. We recommend <strong data-start=\"274\" data-end=\"294\">Google Workspace<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"298\" data-end=\"324\">Microsoft 365 Business<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"327\" data-end=\"515\">They offer stronger infrastructure, but you\u2019ll still need to build sender reputation over time.
