If auto-completion is enabled:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The campaign will automatically switch from <strong>Active<\/strong> to <strong>Completed<\/strong>\u00a0status once all recipients have received all emails from the sequence.<\/p>\n<p>It will continue <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-view-email-campaign-statistics\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tracking engagement metrics<\/a> for the previously sent emails.<\/p>\n<div style=\"border-radius: 10px; If auto-completion is disabled:<\/b><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>The campaign will stay in the <strong>Active<\/strong> status until you manually update its status or until it is automatically archived.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-archive\"><span style=\"font-size: 20pt;\"><strong>How to archive campaigns automatically<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Archiving campaigns is a way to deactivate them automatically after a set period of inactivity\u2014when no new emails are sent or no new recipients are added.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In the <strong>Archive campaign<\/strong> section, the default inactivity period is set to one month.<\/p>\n<p>If there is no activity during this period, the campaign will automatically switch to the <strong>Archived<\/strong> status.<\/p>\n<p>You can adjust the timer according to your preference, with a maximum duration of 6 months. What's the difference between <strong>Completed<\/strong> and <strong>Archived<\/strong>?<\/p>\n<p>Both statuses mean that the campaign cannot send new emails to prospects or be resumed.<\/p>\n<p>Archived campaigns no longer track statistics for the previously sent emails.<\/p>\n<p>2. How can I reactivate the\u00a0<strong>Completed\u00a0<\/strong>campaign?<\/p>\n<p>Campaigns with this status cannot be reactivated.
