Trial slots can't be transferred to team members.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-linkedin-addon-is-charged\"><strong>How the add-on is charged<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Just like premium plans, the LinkedIn Automation add-on is available with both\u00a0<b>monthly<\/b>\u00a0and\u00a0<b>annual<\/b>\u00a0billing options.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Monthly LinkedIn add-on<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LinkedIn slots are billed monthly, just like a regular subscription. The total price depends on how many LinkedIn slots you include.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Annual LinkedIn add-on<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>With annual billing, you pay upfront for one year. The total price depends on the number of LinkedIn slots you add and includes a\u00a0<b>10% discount<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>If you already have LinkedIn slots and want to switch to the annual add-on,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/calendly.com\/d\/cq5j-959-36x\">contact our sales team<\/a>. We'll calculate your custom proration and help you get everything set up.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How proration works for LinkedIn slots<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"206\" data-end=\"329\">Since the LinkedIn add-on requires an active premium plan, slot costs are prorated based on your plan\u2019s billing period.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"827\">\n<li data-start=\"331\" data-end=\"470\">\n<p data-start=\"333\" data-end=\"470\">If you purchase LinkedIn slots together with a new plan (or on the same day):<br data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"417\" \/>You'll be charged the full price for the slots.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"658\">\n<p data-start=\"474\" data-end=\"658\">If you purchase LinkedIn slots during an active plan:<br data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"534\" \/>The cost for the first month will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in your plan.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"660\" data-end=\"827\">\n<p data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"827\">If you renew or change your plan while the LinkedIn add-on is active:<br data-start=\"735\" data-end=\"738\" \/>Your existing LinkedIn slots will be automatically extended at a prorated cost.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p data-start=\"144\" data-end=\"383\">The minimum charge for a LinkedIn slot, even after proration, is <strong data-start=\"213\" data-end=\"219\">$5<\/strong>.<br data-start=\"220\" data-end=\"223\" \/>If you purchase new slots with two days or less remaining in your current plan, the prorated amount will be adjusted upward to meet this minimum charge.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-manage-addon-renewal\"><strong>How to manage add-on renewal<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>You can manage the renewal settings for the add-on and each of your active slots from the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/billing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing<\/a>\u00a0page, in the\u00a0<strong data-start=\"117\" data-end=\"138\">LinkedIn accounts<\/strong>\u00a0section.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>The LinkedIn add-on requires an active premium plan:<\/p>\n<p>On a <strong>monthly plan<\/strong> with a monthly add-on: all your slots renew automatically every 30 days together with the plan.<\/p>\n<p>On an <strong>annual plan<\/strong> with a monthly add-on: your LinkedIn slots renew separately every 30 days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>To prevent any interruptions in your LinkedIn automation, ensure that auto-renewal is enabled for both your premium plan and the add-on.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"103\" data-end=\"223\">\n<p data-start=\"105\" data-end=\"223\">When the add-on <strong data-start=\"110\" data-end=\"137\">auto-renewal is on<\/strong>, all LinkedIn slots will automatically renew every 30 days from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"224\" data-end=\"332\">\n<p data-start=\"226\" data-end=\"332\">When the add-on <strong data-start=\"110\" data-end=\"137\">auto-renewal is off<\/strong>, all slots will be deactivated at the end of the current billing period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"333\" data-end=\"447\">\n<p data-start=\"335\" data-end=\"447\">If your <strong data-start=\"343\" data-end=\"367\">premium plan expires<\/strong>, the LinkedIn add-on and its slots will also be deactivated. In the <strong data-start=\"355\" data-end=\"376\">LinkedIn accounts<\/strong> section, click <strong data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"410\">Cancel renewal<\/strong> next to the slot you want to stop.<\/p>\n<p>The slot will remain active until the <strong data-start=\"485\" data-end=\"499\">Expires on<\/strong> date shown next to it. After that, it will be removed from your account, and you won\u2019t be billed again.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block attention\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/quill_warning.svg\" alt=\"attention\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p><strong data-start=\"605\" data-end=\"619\">Important:<\/strong> When a slot expires, the connected LinkedIn account will be paused. This means all running LinkedIn actions for that account will be put on hold. To resume automation, simply renew the slot.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2><strong>LinkedIn add-on billing examples<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Below, we'll explain different situations to help you understand how billing works in relation to your main Snov.io subscription.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"when-you-upgrade-from-free-trial-to-premium\"><strong>1. When you upgrade from Trial to Premium plan (monthly) and purchase the add-on<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you upgrade from a free plan to a premium plan and purchase the add-on simultaneously, the total price will depend on the number of slots you add.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block note-gray\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>Billing example: If you upgrade to a Pro plan and add 3 LinkedIn slots, here\u2019s how the billing would look:\u00a0 Pro S Plan: $99; LinkedIn slots: $69 x 3 = $207;<\/p>\n<p>Total at checkout: Pro plan ($99) + Add-on ($207) = $306 (plus applicable taxes).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every 30 days after purchase, both the Pro plan and the add-on will renew automatically at their standard costs.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"when-you-already-have-premium-plan\"><strong>2. When you already have a Premium plan (monthly) and purchase the add-on<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The examples below explain how you will be charged for purchasing slots when you have an active plan.<\/p>\n<p>If <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you have a premium subscription and want to purchase a LinkedIn add-on for the first time, the add-on price will be prorated based on the number of days remaining in your plan (until the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">expiration or renewal date).<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block note-gray\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>Billing example: You have 20 days left in your plan\u2019s billing period, and you decide to purchase one LinkedIn slot. The prorated charge for the slot will be for these remaining 20 days.<\/p>\n<p>The charge for 20 days of the add-on: $2.30 per day x 20 days = $46 (plus applicable taxes).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the next renewal, you will be charged the full price for both the plan and the slot.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you have an active plan and add more LinkedIn slots, the cost will be prorated based on the remaining days in your current billing period.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block note-gray\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>Billing example: Your plan has 15 days left in the billing period. You already have 1 active slot and decide to add 1 new slot. The price for the new slot will be prorated to charge you only for the 15 days remaining.<\/p>\n<p>Prorated charge for new slot for 15 days: $2.30 per day *15 days = $34.50 (plus applicable taxes).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The next renewal will be at the full price for both slots and the plan.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"when-you-change-your-plan\"><strong>3. When you change or renew a premium plan manually<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Here's how to add more LinkedIn slots while changing or renewing your plan manually:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>During checkout for plan changes (upgrade\/downgrade, or renewal), you cannot add new slots directly. First, select and purchase your new plan, then proceed with slot purchase.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the same time, the existing slot will be extended automatically to match the new plan period.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block note-gray\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>Billing example: You currently have 1 active LinkedIn slot with 15 days left until renewal. You run out of credits and decide to upgrade your plan and add a new LinkedIn slot.<\/p>\n<p>You'll pay the full plan price plus a prorated charge for the existing slot for 15 days = $2.30 per day = $34.50.<\/p>\n<p>Total at checkout: $189 (new plan) + $34.50 (prorated existing slot) = $223.50, plus any applicable taxes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After completing your plan upgrade, you can then add a new LinkedIn slot. You can renew with the same plan, a lower tier, or a higher tier. This will put your plan and add-on on the same billing schedule.<\/p>\n<p>To ensure your plan renews on time at the end of each billing period, you can enable automatic renewal.
