After reading this article, you'll learn how to install the LinkedIn Prospect Finder extension and enable automatic updates.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you've been using our extension for finding leads on LinkedIn, you know it can be tricky to install and requires manual updates.<\/span><\/p>\n

To make things easier, we've added a new installation option\u2014the LinkedIn prospecting extension is now <\/span>available in the Chrome Web Store \u2192<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Why install LIPF from the Chrome Store: <\/strong>1) It installs and is ready to use in just a few clicks. 2) All future updates will be automatic as soon as a new version is released.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

If you prefer the old method of manual installation, we'll continue to support it.<\/span><\/p>\n

In this case, remember you'll need to <\/span>update the extension manually --><\/span><\/a>. We'll keep notifying you about new versions through browser push notifications.<\/span><\/p>\n

No matter how you install it, you'll always have access to the latest version with bulk lead-saving from LinkedIn pages and search results \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n

How to update LIPF and enable automatic updates<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If you haven't used the extension before, we recommend installing it directly from the Chrome Store.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you previously installed LI Prospect Finder using the old method (via extension archive), remove the current version from your browser, and then install it from the Chrome Store.<\/p>\n

Reinstalling will update your extension to the latest version and enable automatic updates.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Step 1: <\/b>Open the Extensions<\/strong> page in your Chrome browser. In the top right corner, click More<\/strong> --> Extensions<\/strong> --> Manage Extensions<\/strong>, or type chrome:\/\/extensions\/<\/em> into the address bar.<\/p>\n

Click <\/span>Remove<\/b> under LI Prospect Finder.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 2:<\/b> To reinstall the extension, go to the <\/span>LI Prospect Finder page in the web store \u2192<\/span><\/a> Click <\/span>Add to Chrome<\/b> and confirm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 3:<\/strong> Pin LIPF to the extension bar for quick access.<\/p>\n

Click the puzzle icon in the top right corner and pin the updated LIPF extension.<\/p>\n
