You\u2019ll need one slot per connected account.<\/p>\n<p><b>2. Is there a free trial for LinkedIn slots?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Yes. How can I add a slot?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You can add LinkedIn slots from the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/linkedin-account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn accounts<\/a> page or in the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/billing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing<\/a> settings. Add a slot either while purchasing a plan or separately during your active subscription.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"104\" data-end=\"195\"><strong data-start=\"104\" data-end=\"193\">4. Can\u2019t purchase a slot because of the error \u201cYour current payment system doesn\u2019t support add-ons\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"271\" data-end=\"420\">If you see this message, it means your Snov.io subscription is billed through our older payment system, which was active when you first subscribed.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"137\" data-end=\"259\">You\u2019ll need to resubscribe to your current plan using the new payment processor, which supports addons.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"586\">To do this, cancel your current subscription in your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/billing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing settings<\/a>, then <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/pricing-plans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reorder your plan<\/a> and add LinkedIn slots during checkout.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"381\" data-end=\"586\">To restore any credits or recipients you may have lost during this process, contact Customer Care. Is it secure to connect my LinkedIn account to your slots?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes. Your LinkedIn profile data is encrypted and securely stored on our cloud infrastructure. Snov.io follows security best practices to protect your account information.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6. Do slots include proxy servers?<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yes. Each LinkedIn slot in Snov.io includes a built-in, location-based proxy to ensure safe automation. How does billing work for LinkedIn slots?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Just like premium plans, the LinkedIn Automation add-on is available with both <\/span><b>monthly<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>annual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> billing options.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Monthly LinkedIn add-on<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LinkedIn slots are billed monthly, just like a regular subscription. The total price depends on how many LinkedIn slots you include.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Since the LinkedIn add-on requires an active premium plan, its billing period aligns with your plan\u2019s. If your plan expires, your LinkedIn slots will be deactivated as well. The add-on cannot be used on its own.<\/p>\n<p><b>12. Do I get charged for a slot if I don\u2019t connect a LinkedIn account?<\/b><\/p>\n<p>An empty slot (without a connected LinkedIn account) is still considered active and will be included in your billing. To avoid being charged, make sure to cancel the slot if you\u2019re not using it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13. How can I get bonuses or promo codes?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You may see the option to use a bonus balance or promo code at checkout. Bonuses are earned <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/what-is-a-bonus-balance-and-how-to-spend-it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">by completing tasks in your Snov.io account<\/a> and can be applied to premium plans, but not to LinkedIn slots.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14.
