You can select which campaigns, email accounts or LinkedIn accounts, and team members to include in the report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Campaigns<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By default, the report displays data from all your campaigns, regardless of their <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/campaign-statuses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">status<\/a> (active, completed, or deleted). You can choose the specific campaigns that you want to include in the report.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Accounts<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By default, the report includes data from all your accounts and your team members' accounts. You can choose which sender accounts will be included in the report data and shown in the Accounts section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) Owners (for Teams)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Teamwork accounts, the report will include data from team members' campaigns and their email accounts. The list includes all team members, regardless of whether they have started a campaign.<\/p>\n<p>If you're a team leader (admin), you can choose which members to include in the report and display in the team performance section.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4) Date range<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By default, the dashboard shows statistics from the last 30 days. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can choose a date range (\"Today,\" \"Last 7 days,\" \"Last 30 days,\" or a custom) to see how your campaigns performed during that specific time.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>All filters work together. When you apply one filter, the others automatically adjust to show only relevant results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>For example, if you choose Email Account 1 and Email Account 2, only campaigns that use those accounts will be included in the report.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"email-reports\"><strong>How we calculate Email reports<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Email report has several sections that cover all the important aspects of the campaign.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Campaign volume statistics<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This section provides information about the total volume of your campaigns. It shows how many of the emails sent are initial (first emails) and how many are follow-ups.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Emails sent:<\/strong> Total number of emails sent to prospects from selected campaigns. Since it's not possible to track exactly where emails land in real campaigns, use the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/deliverability\/#\/check\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deliverability Check \u2192<\/a> to test email placement before launching campaigns.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Bounced:<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This metric tracks the percentage of emails that <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/what-are-hard-and-soft-email-bounces\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">could not be delivered to the recipient\u2019s email address \u2192<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>High bounce rates (above 10%) can indicate issues with your email list. Only unique opens are counted; repeated opens are not included.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Click rate:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The number and percentage of recipients who clicked on at least one link in your campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Reply rate:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The number and percentage of recipients who replied to at least one of your emails across all selected campaigns.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When calculating the reply rate, we use the date the email was delivered rather than the time when the recipient actually replied to it. For example, the open rate represents the percentage of recipients who opened the email compared to the total number of contacted prospects.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Potential value<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"53\" data-end=\"121\">Track potential revenue from campaigns in the Reports dashboard.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"123\" data-end=\"198\">This metric shows the total value of all deals created from your campaigns.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"200\" data-end=\"212\">It includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"213\" data-end=\"320\">\n<li data-start=\"213\" data-end=\"265\">\n<p data-start=\"215\" data-end=\"265\">Deals you created <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-export-recipient-data-from-campaigns\/#manage-recipients\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manually from the recipient list<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"266\" data-end=\"320\">\n<p data-start=\"268\" data-end=\"320\">Deals automatically <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-create-deals-in-the-crm-based-on-prospects-campaign-activity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">generated through CRM automation<\/a><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"322\" data-end=\"419\">The total is calculated by summing the values of all deals from campaigns included in the report.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">You can set a default currency for reporting in your\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/profile\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">account settings<\/a>. Based on the time frame you choose, the chart will be divided into sections (hours, days, weeks, or months), showing the volume of activities throughout that period.<\/p>\n<p>A shorter time frame (hourly, daily) shows short-term trends. If a prospect has an unevaluated reply, the interest level is based on the last reply that was evaluated.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are on a <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/pricing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro 5K plan or higher<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the sentiment analysis is done by AI automatically for all replies you receive. For lower plans, you need to manually assign the interest level to prospects' replies.
