Add a Message for the \"Yes\" option (Connected). In this case, you can either wait for a reply or maintain engagement with a profile view, follow or a like.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>Due to LinkedIn's policy, you can\u2019t send a follow-up InMail until the prospect responds to the first message. Replies to InMail messages stop the sequence for the recipient.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>2) Not sent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 The InMail could not be sent. In this variant, you can continue the sequence with another action or contact through an alternative channel (Email). <\/span>This way, you'll avoid cases where the sequence might stop and not reach the recipient if InMail couldn\u2019t be sent.<\/p>\n<p><strong>There are a few reasons why an InMail might not be sent:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You've reached your InMail credit limit.<\/li>\n<li>The prospect is already one of your LinkedIn connections.<\/li>\n<li>The prospect's privacy settings prevent them from receiving InMail messages.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p><strong>Sequence example #2:<\/strong> Profile view \u2192 Delay (1-2 days) \u2192 Like \u2192 InMail (Not sent)\u00a0 \u2192 Email.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>This scenario uses InMail after some initial engagement actions. This step opens up the ability to send a regular LinkedIn Message. You receive InMail message credits every month based on your account type. When you run out of InMail credits, you\u2019ll have to wait until your renewal. To increase your monthly credit limit, upgrade your LinkedIn account. To avoid interruptions, ensure you add an alternative step under the \"Not sent\" option or remove the InMail step and use connection requests instead.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"linkedin-inmail-policies\"><strong>How LinkedIn policies affect the InMail action<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LinkedIn classifies InMail messages as a <\/span><b>Premium<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> feature. <\/span>Your ability to use the InMail action in campaigns depends on your LinkedIn plan.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">If your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/linkedin-account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">connected LinkedIn profile<\/a> uses a free plan, the InMail action in your Snov.io campaign may not work for all recipients. To use it, you\u2019ll need a Premium LinkedIn subscription and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/help\/linkedin\/answer\/a543695\/inmail-message-credits-and-renewal-process\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">InMail credits<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>If you have a Basic (free) LinkedIn plan<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can send InMail messages to LinkedIn members who\u2019ve enabled the <strong>Open Profile<\/strong> in their settings. These messages don\u2019t use InMail credits.<\/li>\n<li>If a prospect\u2019s profile is closed, the InMail step will not be completed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>If you have a LinkedIn Premium plan<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You can send InMail to any prospect who isn\u2019t in your 1-st degree connections, including both free and Premium LinkedIn members.<\/li>\n<li>If the prospect has <strong data-start=\"307\" data-end=\"325\">\u201cOpen Profile\u201d<\/strong>, sending them an InMail is free. Your account type must match theirs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-monitor-inmail-statistics\"><strong>How to monitor InMail message statistics<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Snov.io tracks statistics for InMail actions, allowing you to monitor their volume and effectiveness.<\/p>\n<p>The InMail statistics include the number of\u00a0<span style=\"box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\"><strong>InMail messages<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>sent<\/strong> and the number of\u00a0<strong>InMail replies received<\/strong><\/span>.
