It's also great for smaller teams managing multiple campaigns with limited resources.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"how-sentiment-analysis-works\"><strong>How the Sentiment analysis works<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Sentiment analysis helps you score prospects based on the tone of their replies and their mood when responding. It uses AI to analyze the content of the response and determine the main sentiment. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It works for replies you get from <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/cold-email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">email campaigns<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/linkedin-automation-tools\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LinkedIn automation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If a prospect sends multiple replies, the interest level is based on their most recent analyzed reply. When a new reply is received, it will be automatically analyzed, and the sentiment will be updated if it has changed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p><strong>What is the interest level (mood):<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The interest level is determined based on the analysis results and includes three options:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Interested <\/strong>(positive sentiment): The prospect shows curiosity or a desire to continue communication.<br \/>\n<strong>2) Maybe <\/strong>(neutral sentiment): The prospect shows doubt or uncertainty but still has the potential for a positive reply.<br \/>\n<strong>3) Not interested <\/strong>(negative sentiment): The prospect's mood indicates that the offer isn\u2019t for them or that the timing isn\u2019t right.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-check-interest-level\"><strong>How to check the prospect's interest level<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can see a prospect's interest level in various places within your Snov.io workflow. We want you to be aware about prospects' engagement at every step. It's shown as an emoji in the prospect's profile or in the campaign recipients list. If the emoji is \"inactive\" (gray), it means there hasn\u2019t been a reply yet. <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-increase-reply-rate-with-email-best-practices\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Learn how to get more replies.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Here's where you can check the interest level:<\/p>\n<p><b>1) In the prospect\u2019s profile:<\/b><\/p>\n<p>When reviewing your list, click on any prospect to open their profile. An emoji indicating their interest level will be next to their name on the right. If there are no replies yet, the emoji will be grayed out.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block note-gray\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>The prospect's mood shown in their profile is based on the sentiment of their last reply to any email you\u2019ve sent. For existing deals, the interest level is assigned automatically when the main prospect or a deal participant replies. The sentiment of individual replies will be shown in the activity history timeline.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/crm\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Go to CRM to add deals.<\/a><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-monitor-interest-rate\"><strong>How to monitor the interest level<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Snov.io already tracks key metrics like sending volume, open rate, and reply rate on the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/campaigns\/reports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reports dashboard<\/a>. While these KPIs are important, they don't always mean a positive result. For example, a \u201cno\u201d reply improves your sender reputation, but not your sales. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knowing how many prospects who replied are actually interested gives you a better idea of your campaign's success.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This makes the interest level an even more important metric \u2014 it helps you monitor how effective your campaigns are and how relevant your offers are.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>On the Reports dashboard<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You\u2019ll find the aggregated data for the prospect's interest level across all your campaigns on the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/campaigns\/reports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reports<\/a> page.<\/p>\n<p>The total <strong>Reply interest level<\/strong> metric represents the percentage of recipients classified as <strong>Interested<\/strong> based on sentiment analysis. It takes into account replies to all types of messages: email and <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-use-snov-io-linkedin-automation\/#add-linkedin-actions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn messages.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>It also includes statistics for all three sentiments separately: <strong>Interested<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Maybe<\/strong>, and\u00a0<strong>Not interested<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The percentages for each sentiment represent the portion of recipients with that sentiment out of the total number of recipients who replied. This helps you understand how interested recipients are within the specific campaign.<\/p>\n<p>The mood shown in a prospect's profile may not reflect their interest in the current campaign.
