{"id":35397,"date":"2024-11-11T10:47:40","date_gmt":"2024-11-11T07:47:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/?p=35397"},"modified":"2026-01-16T14:01:55","modified_gmt":"2026-01-16T11:01:55","slug":"how-to-export-reports","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-export-reports\/","title":{"rendered":"How to export CSV reports from the dashboard"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This article explains how to export full prospect activity reports and segmented recipients lists based on filters or KPIs.<\/p>\n<p>The metrics available for export:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#email-export\">in the Email report<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#linkedin-export\">in the LinkedIn report<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#general-export\">in the General report<\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"#export-activity-charts\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in the Activity charts<\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block note\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/ph_circle-wavy-warning.svg\" alt=\"note\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>Data export is available with premium plans. <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/billing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Upgrade your plan<\/a> in account settings to get access.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">While reviewing analytics on the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/campaigns\/reports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Reports<\/a> dashboard, use the export option to <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">download recipient lists based on filters and main KPIs in the report.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Export default report<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>To download a report with overall data for all recipients, click <strong>Export CSV<\/strong> on the right. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This option is available in all report types:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>email:<\/strong> The default Email export includes data for recipients you\u2019ve sent at least one email within the selected time period<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>LinkedIn:<\/strong> The LinkedIn export includes data for recipients to whom you\u2019ve sent a connection request, message, or InMail within the selected time period<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>General:<\/strong> The General export includes data for recipients you've contacted via email or LinkedIn (a connection request, message, or InMail)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>The Export CSV option has a limit of 200,000 rows per file, which means the maximum number of recipients one export can include. If your data exceeds this limit, use filters to break down the export into smaller parts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>The general campaign report includes every prospect added to your campaigns. The metrics available for export are highlighted in blue when you hover over them.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>Remember to check the filters before exporting lists by KPIs. The data included in the report updates based on the filters you apply.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"email-export\"><strong>The KPIs for export in the Email report<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In the Email Report, you can export data on recipients you contacted and those who took specific actions in your email campaigns (opened an email, clicked a link, or replied).<\/p>\n<p>The following metrics can be exported:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>First emails<\/strong> \u2013 Recipients who received the initial email in a campaign sequence within the selected time period<\/li>\n<li><strong>Follow-ups<\/strong> \u2013 Recipients who received at least one follow-up email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Delivered<\/strong> \u2013 Recipients who received at least one email that haven't bounced<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bounced<\/strong> \u2013 Recipients whose emails couldn't be delivered due to errors<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contacted<\/strong> \u2013 Recipients who received at least one email that didn\u2019t bounce<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open rate<\/strong> \u2013 Recipients who have opened at least one email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Click rate<\/strong> \u2013 Recipients who clicked a link in an email<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reply rate<\/strong> \u2013 Recipients who replied to at least one email<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>To export data, click the number representing a statistic to open the list of recipients associated with that metric.<\/p>\n<p>You can also export recipient lists for the <strong>Unsubscribed<\/strong> and <strong>Auto-replied<\/strong> metrics. The chart displays trend lines for the metrics you select, reflecting their volume over the chosen time period.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p><strong>To adjust data in the chart:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>1) Select a time period<\/strong> at the top. Based on the time frame you choose, the chart will be divided into sections (hours, days, weeks, or months), showing the volume of activities throughout that period.<\/p>\n<p>A shorter time frame (hourly, daily) shows short-term trends. A longer period (weekly, monthly) shows broader patterns in your outreach.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Choose metrics<\/strong> (data points) from the options at the bottom. Multiple opens by the same recipient in a day count as one<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total unique clicks:<\/strong> Counts each recipient\u2019s first link click within the selected time period (Daily, Weekly).
