This article explains how to improve deliverability by matching your sender account provider with your recipients\u2019 provider.<\/p>\n

Why use Provider matching:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Emails sent within the same provider ecosystem (Gmail to Gmail, Outlook to Outlook) are more likely to reach the recipient\u2019s inbox.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Filter your prospect list\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In your prospect list<\/a>, you can see which email providers your leads use.<\/p>\n

Use the filter in the top right to view prospects by provider, so you can quickly see how many are on Gmail, MS Outlook, and other providers.<\/p>\n

Connect sender accounts<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Add the sender accounts<\/a> you need to match your recipients\u2019 providers.<\/p>\n

Provider matching works only in campaigns with Email steps where you\u2019ve added at least two sender accounts from different providers<\/strong>. This gives Snov.io options to choose from when sending to different recipient providers.<\/p>\n

If all sender accounts in the campaign are from the same provider, you won\u2019t be able to enable provider matching.<\/p>\n

Activate provider matching<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To enable provider matching, open your campaign settings. You can do this when creating a new campaign<\/a>, or by editing an existing one from the campaign list<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On the Sending options <\/strong>(step 3), scroll down to Advanced settings<\/strong> and enable Provider matching<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Snov.io detects each recipient\u2019s provider and selects a matching sender from the accounts in your campaign, for example Gmail \u2192 Gmail, Outlook \u2192 Outlook.<\/p>\n

If there\u2019s no matching sender available, it uses any available account in your mailbox rotation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/article>\n<\/div>\n

Remember:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Provider matching alone doesn\u2019t guarantee good deliverability. Email authentication (DNS records), sender reputation, and email content have a much bigger impact. Use provider matching only as an extra optimization after you\u2019ve set up the primary settings.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
