For these recipients, the sequence is on pause. If all available accounts have been distributed, some recipients may not get assigned a sender.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"228\">For example, if a sender has a daily limit of 20 actions, it will be assigned to 20 prospects per day.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"230\" data-end=\"371\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">If your recipient list is bigger than the total daily limit, you can either <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-increase-your-linkedin-limits\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">increase the limit<\/a> or add more LinkedIn accounts to the rotation.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bigger your recipient list, the more accounts are needed for effective rotation. If you reconnect the same account, it will automatically be reassigned to the recipients it was previously engaging with.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, these recipients will be in <b>Paused<\/b> status. To restart automation for them, you\u2019ll need to manually change their status to <b>Active\u00a0<\/b>in the recipients list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>4) You've deleted the account from rotation while the automation is active<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this case, recipients who were assigned this account when the campaign launched will also be paused.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To continue the automation for them, either add the same account back to rotation or assign a different one to these recipients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>If you add the same account back to rotation, it will automatically be reassigned to the same recipients it was engaging with before. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, these recipients will be in <\/span><b>Paused<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> status. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To restart automation for them, you\u2019ll need to manually change their status to <\/span><b>Active<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>5) The LinkedIn account disconnected from Snovio<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If one of the LinkedIn accounts in rotation loses connection, the recipients assigned to it will be paused.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To continue automation for them, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/linkedin-account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reconnect the account<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in your settings. Once reconnected, it will be reassigned to its previous recipients. However, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">you\u2019ll need to manually change their status to <\/span><b>Active.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"how-to-manage-unassigned-recipients\"><strong>How to assign a sender to Unassigned recipients<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To resume the sequence for prospects without a sender<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, manually assign them an account.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"181\">To do this, open your campaign and go to the Recipients list. Find prospects with an <strong data-start=\"85\" data-end=\"99\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Unassigned<\/strong> status in the <strong>LinkedIn sender<\/strong> field, then choose an available LinkedIn account.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"183\" data-end=\"308\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Click the <strong data-start=\"193\" data-end=\"203\" data-is-only-node=\"\">Filter<\/strong> option in the top left to sort prospects by LinkedIn status.
