How to connect your Email accounts to Unibox<\/b><\/h2>\n

Unibox is available on all plans, giving you the ability to connect as many email accounts as you need. For Trial users, Unibox allows syncing up to 1 month of inbox history. Trial users have 30 days to check out the demo. If you want to unlock even more possibilities,<\/span> upgrade<\/span><\/a> to a Premium plan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Step 1. Add sender accounts<\/b><\/h3>\n

Go to <\/span>Unibox<\/span><\/a> by choosing the icon in the header and click to connect.<\/span>\"\"If you have used Unibox before and need to add new emails, open settings from the top right corner of the page:<\/span>\"\"If you have email accounts<\/a> connected to Snov.io, you\u2019ll see them listed. Invalid accounts will be disabled and marked, with the option to go to the settings. If you want to connect and sync an unlimited number of email mailboxes to Unibox, click <\/span>Add email <\/b>below:<\/span>\"\"Now you can connect your external mailbox via different types of providers (Gmail, Microsoft and many others via IMAP):<\/span>\"\"Once an account is added, you can manage your <\/span>Email account settings <\/b>before syncing. Now choose the sender and press the button <\/span>Sync. <\/b>This step will take you to the syncing settings.\u00a0<\/span>\"\"<\/p>\n

Step 2. Set or change syncing settings<\/b><\/h3>\n

Now, you\u2019ll see the setup window where you need to choose the following parameters:<\/span><\/p>\n

1. Types of emails that show up in Unibox.<\/strong> By default, we only sync messages sent through Snov.io campaigns or direct messages, along with any replies to them.<\/span>\"\"To sync the full history of your emails, enable syncing of non-Snov.io conversations:<\/p>\n
