Connect and sync accounts<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Set member permissions<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n View shared conversations<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Unibox<\/a> is our built-in multichannel inbox where you can manage prospect communications across email and LinkedIn campaigns.<\/p>\n Team members can monitor replies and respond from a single shared workspace, keeping everyone up to date on ongoing conversations.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n How teams benefit from Unibox:<\/b><\/p>\n 1) Connect and sync an unlimited number of accounts<\/span><\/p>\n 2) View LinkedIn and email conversations in one shared inbox<\/p>\n 3) Filter conversations by communication channel (Email\/LinkedIn)<\/p>\n 4) Monitor unread replies and switch between member accounts to work on their leads<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Connect accounts for each channel in Email accounts<\/a> and LinkedIn accounts<\/a>.<\/p>\n To add your existing connected accounts to Unibox, go to the <\/span>Email accounts list<\/span><\/a>. Click the edit icon on the left and scroll down to find the Unibox <\/b>settings.<\/span><\/p>\n To add your LinkedIn chats to Unibox, go to LinkedIn accounts<\/a> and connect your profile to Snov.io.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n In the Unibox settings, set who can view conversations and configure sync options.<\/p>\n Choose whether your conversations will be visible to other team members. You can update this setting at any time.<\/p>\n Shared:<\/strong> The account and its conversations are visible to team members with the appropriate permission<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Private<\/strong>: Only you, the account owner, can view the account and its conversations in Unibox. It\u2019s hidden from all other team members, including the team leader<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n You can choose whether to sync all conversations or only those related to your Snov.io campaigns.<\/p>\n To sync the full history of your emails and LinkedIn chats, enable syncing for all conversations, including those not started through Snov.io.<\/p>\n You can do this in the Unibox settings for both <\/span>Email<\/span><\/a> and <\/span>LinkedIn<\/span><\/a> accounts:<\/span><\/p>\n Enabled:<\/strong> All conversations are synced<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Disabled:<\/strong> Only conversations started through Snov.io campaigns are synced<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n In Sync history, you can also manage how much of your existing conversation history is synced. Choose how far back to sync: 3 days, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.<\/span><\/p>\n Go to the Unibox settings in your <\/span>Email<\/span><\/a> and\/or <\/span>LinkedIn<\/span><\/a> accounts to change this.<\/span><\/p>\n After setting up the sync parameters, click <\/span>Start syncing<\/b> to begin the process.<\/span><\/p>\n To complete the Unibox setup, check your permissions in the Team settings<\/a>.<\/p>\n By default, new team members can only see their own records. This is the \"View own records\"<\/strong> access level.<\/p>\n View team records<\/strong> \u2013 The member can see all accounts that other team members have marked as Shared.<\/p>\n Only own records<\/strong> \u2013 The member can see only the accounts they\u2019ve connected themselves.<\/p>\n If you're the Team leader<\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>update permissions for specific members to allow them to <\/span>view shared accounts.<\/p>\n If you're a Team member, <\/strong>contact your team leader and ask to change your access level.
