You'll learn how to filter messages, search for emails, manage prospect data and handle related entities like campaigns and deals.\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<h2><b>How to navigate inbox and use filters<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Unibox contains the familiar folders you have in Gmail or other email providers. You can find them on the left of the main Unibox page:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Inbox<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contains all incoming messages, both emails and LinkedIn, synced from your connected accounts, including replies received within campaigns<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Sent<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> shows a list of all emails and messages sent from connected accounts, including campaign emails, single emails, emails sent from the email provider\u2019s interface, LinkedIn messages and InMail<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Starred <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shows all messages you\u2019ve marked as important, so you can quickly access key conversations<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Bounced <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shows all threads with delivery failures<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The interface displays the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>Unibox syncs the message status (read or unread) only during the initial sync when you connect your inbox. After that, the status won't be updated automatically.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can use stars to mark key conversations in Unibox. Just hover over a thread and click the <strong>Star<\/strong> <strong>icon<\/strong> \ud83d\udfca to add or remove it.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All starred emails go to the Starred folder so you can find them fast. If a prospect has multiple emails, successfully delivered addresses remain active.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Example:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> A prospect has two emails: work@company.com (bounced) and personal@gmail.com (delivered successfully). When you add this thread to the do-not-list, only work@company.com is added. You can still email personal@gmail.com.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>How to use <\/b><b>search\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Use the search bar in the upper left menu to find <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">messages <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">faster. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can search messages by contact name, subject line, email address or keywords from the email and LinkedIn messages. If no match is found, you can still send a one-off outreach email from your Snov.io mailbox.
