Click the name you want to open its dashboard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This quick search saves you from scrolling through long campaign lists.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"folders\"><b>Organize campaigns<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To make it easier to manage and access your campaigns, organize them with folders.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p>You can create <strong>up to 100 folders<\/strong> for your campaigns. Any campaigns added to their folders by other team members are automatically moved to the <strong>All campaigns<\/strong> section in the team view<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"filter\"><b>Filter campaigns\u00a0<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you need to view campaigns with common details or status, use the <\/span><b>Filter<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option at the top right. You can apply one or multiple of these filters:<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">\n<p><b>Note: if you store campaigns in folders<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When inside a folder, filters only apply to campaigns in that specific folder. To filter through your entire campaign list, go to the <\/span><b>All campaigns<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> folder and apply your filters.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Name:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Enter any keyword from your campaign title<\/span><\/li>\n<li><b>Recipient list:<\/b> Select which prospect list was used<\/li>\n<li><b>Creation date:<\/b> Find campaigns created on specific dates<\/li>\n<li><b>Sender account:<\/b> View campaigns from particular email addresses<\/li>\n<li><b>Status:<\/b> Filter by active, paused, or completed campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Click<\/span><b> Apply<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> after selecting your filters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This option helps when you want an overview of campaigns that meet certain criteria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also export statistics for those campaigns. Filter them first, then click <\/span><b>Export statistics<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0at the top.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"copy\"><b>Copy campaigns<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you need to create a similar campaign quickly, you can duplicate any existing or past campaigns. This saves you time on setting up everything from scratch when you need to restart a campaign for a new prospect list.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>To duplicate any campaign, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">click the three-dot menu next to the campaign name. Select the <\/span><b>Copy campaign<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0option.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The copy includes the original flow with all sequence steps, emails and LinkedIn actions. Most campaign settings also transfer, but you'll need to choose a prospect list and sender accounts again.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"pause\"><b>Pause and resume campaigns<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When you need to temporarily stop your campaign, you can pause it.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block learn\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/fluent_chat-warning-16-regular.svg\" alt=\"learn\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In <strong>Paused<\/strong> status, your campaign stops sending emails or performing <a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-use-snov-io-linkedin-automation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">LinkedIn actions<\/a> immediately. The system continues to track prospect actions across all previous sequence steps and <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/campaigns\/reports\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">collect statistics for Reports<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><b>To pause a campaign, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">click the three-dot menu next to the campaign name and select the <strong>Pause<\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remember that you can <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/how-to-schedule-your-drip-campaign\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">add a schedule<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> if you want the campaign to be automatically paused at certain times and days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When resumed, the sequence continues from the step where it left off.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"edit\"><b>Edit campaigns<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can adjust the settings of your campaign even after it's launched. You don't need to delete campaigns to save space.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Before deleting a campaign, change its status to <strong>Completed<\/strong> first.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Once completed, you can delete it.
