Domains and mailboxes must be purchased together \u2014 it's not possible to buy one without the other.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Maximum purchase:<\/strong> Unlimited domains with up to 5 mailboxes per domain.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\"><strong>Billing and renewals<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Renewals are automatic at the end of each billing period \u2014 annual for domains, monthly for mailboxes. The renewal price remains the same as the initial purchase. From there you can also:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li>Renew accounts manually if automatic renewal failed<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Cancel any active domain or mailbox<\/li>\n<li class=\"whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Add more domains and mailboxes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Domains<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Domains renew annually.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The renewal charge is processed 10 days before the expiration date. If the payment fails, Snov.io will retry up to 5 times over 10 days. You can also renew manually from the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/billing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing<\/a> section during this period.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">If the domain reaches its final expiration date without a successful payment, the subscription is cancelled along with all mailboxes on that domain.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Adding new domains<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Each domain has its own independent subscription and renewal date. New domains are billed separately from existing ones.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mailboxes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Mailboxes renew monthly (every 30 days) as one grouped subscription. If automatic renewal fails, there is a 5-day grace period to complete the payment manually. If the payment is not completed, the mailbox subscription is cancelled and all accounts are removed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Adding new mailboxes<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">All mailboxes under a host domain are grouped under one subscription. If you add new mailboxes during the billing cycle, you will pay the full monthly price for the new mailboxes at the time of purchase. A pro-rata discount will be applied to the next renewal to account for the difference.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">For example: you purchased 3 mailboxes and two weeks later added 3 more. At the next renewal, the subscription renews for all 6 mailboxes \u2014 but a pro-rata discount is applied for the unused days on the new mailboxes, reducing the renewal charge.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> Domains and mailboxes are dependent on each other. If mailboxes are not renewed on time, the domain is deleted. If the domain is not renewed, all mailboxes on it are cancelled and removed from your Snov.io account.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\"><strong>Cancelling subscriptions<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">You can cancel any active domain or mailbox subscription manually from the <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/billing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing<\/a> settings.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Mailboxes can be cancelled individually, or you can cancel the domain itself \u2014 which will cancel all mailboxes on that domain at the same time. Cancelled accounts are removed and cannot be restored.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\"><strong>Refund policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Domains and mailboxes are non-refundable.
