This article explains what tokens are in Snov.io, how to use them with enrichment tools, and how to purchase them.<\/p>\n

Enrichment tools are available with any Snov.io plan<\/a>, but require tokens \u2014 a separate currency that must be purchased on top of your plan.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Your Snov.io account has two separate balances: credits<\/a> and tokens<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n

Credits<\/strong> come with your Sales Suite plan<\/a> and are spent on Finder<\/a> and Verifier<\/a> tools to find and verify email addresses.<\/p>\n

Tokens<\/strong> are spent on enrichment tools and aren't included in any plan. Purchase them separately.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

How tokens work<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Here's what you should know about token charges:<\/p>\n

You need prospects in your list before you can enrich them<\/b><\/p>\n

To enrich prospects, first add them<\/span> to your list<\/span><\/a> using a<\/span> Finder tool<\/span><\/a> or import via file.<\/span><\/p>\n

Saving prospects requires<\/span> credits<\/span><\/a>, so make sure you have enough to build your list before purchasing tokens for enrichment.<\/span><\/p>\n

Only successful results are charged<\/b><\/p>\n

If no data is found for a prospect, no tokens are charged, with the exception of <\/span>Fill out from web<\/b>, which charges tokens whether or not the search finds relevant data.<\/span><\/p>\n

No duplicate charges, including within a team<\/b><\/p>\n

You won't spend tokens if you accidentally include a prospect who's already been enriched. For such prospects, tokens are only charged if the <\/span>Overwrite<\/b> option is enabled. If one team member has already enriched a prospect, other team members won't be charged again for the same data.<\/span><\/p>\n

The cost estimate before enrichment isn't the final cost<\/b><\/p>\n

The estimated total shown reflects the cost if all included prospects are successfully enriched. Prospects with no data found, or already enriched with the same data, aren't charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tokens are only refundable if unused<\/b><\/p>\n

If you haven't used any tokens from a package, you can request a refund and have it removed from your balance. To be eligible, the token package must be fully unused.<\/span><\/p>\n

Use tokens for enrichment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Snov.io offers several enrichment actions to add useful data to your prospects. Each action uses tokens.<\/span><\/p>\n

Click <\/span>Enrich<\/b> in <\/span>your prospect list<\/span><\/a> to get started.<\/span><\/p>\n

Check token balance<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n

Tokens are part of your account balance, along with Credits<\/a>, Recipients<\/a>, and Warm-ups<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To check your token balance, go to the Billing<\/a> section and find Tokens<\/strong> listed under account balances.<\/p>\n

Each account receives 50 free tokens<\/strong> as a one-time allocation to try enrichment features. These tokens do not expire, and once spent they don't renew.<\/p>\n

To purchase more tokens, go to Billing<\/a> and click Get more tokens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Tokens are available in packages of 1K<\/strong> to 50K <\/strong>tokens. Select one package or buy multiple \u2014 the price per token is the same in any package.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Each token purchase is a one-time payment and isn't automatically renewed. If you purchased a token package by mistake, you can request a refund as long as none of the tokens have been used.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Track token expiration<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Purchased tokens must be used within 90 days<\/strong>. After that period, any unused tokens expire.<\/p>\n

When 14 days<\/strong> or fewer remain before a token package expires, we'll notify you in your account and show how many tokens are expiring and when. Make sure to use all your tokens before that date.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
