To buy a package, go to <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/billing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing<\/a> and click <strong>Get more tokens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Token packages are available in the following sizes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1,000 tokens<\/li>\n<li>5,000 tokens<\/li>\n<li>25,000 tokens<\/li>\n<li>50,000 tokens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Each purchase is a one-time payment that doesn't renew. They stack up on your balance and are independent from your plan subscription.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<h3 id=\"token-rollover\"><strong>Token roll-over<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Here is how unused tokens roll over depending on whether they come from your plan or a separate package:<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"1,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Unused plan tokens<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1,0,0\">Unused tokens included with plans don't roll over. On paid plans, they reset every month, when your plan renews.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"1,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Token packages (purchased separately)<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1,0,0\">These do roll over and remain valid for up to 90 days from the purchase date.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"1,0,0\">See <a href=\"#token-expiration\">token expiration<\/a> for more details.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"auto-refill\"><strong>Auto-refill tokens<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Auto-refill adds tokens to your balance automatically, so your enrichments don't stop when it runs out.<\/p>\n<p>Open the <strong>Auto-refill tokens<\/strong> tab in <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/account\/billing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Billing<\/a> and turn on the toggle.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block note\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/ph_circle-wavy-warning.svg\" alt=\"note\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">Purchase tokens before you enable <strong>Auto-refill<\/strong>. It activates whenever you have <strong>fewer than 100 tokens left<\/strong>.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Then set your preferences. When you first set up or change these settings, click <strong>Apply<\/strong> to save them.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Token package<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Choose the package to purchase with each refill.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monthly spending cap<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Set the maximum amount you want to spend on tokens per calendar month. After that period, any unused tokens expire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Plan tokens:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On paid plans, plan tokens renew every month with your plan's billing period, and unused plan tokens reset at renewal.<\/p>\n<div class=\"notification-block tip\">\n<div class=\"notification-block__icon\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/themes\/knowledgebase-n\/assets\/img\/academicons_ideas-repec.svg\" alt=\"tip\" width=\"32\" height=\"32\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"notification-block__text\">When <strong>14 days<\/strong> or fewer remain before a token package expires, we'll notify you in your account and show how many tokens are expiring and when.
