How tokens work<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Here's what you should know about tokens.<\/p>\n

You need prospects in your list before you can enrich them<\/strong><\/p>\n

To enrich prospects, first add them to your list<\/a> using a Finder tool<\/a> or import via file.<\/p>\n

Saving prospects requires credits<\/a>, so make sure you have enough to build your list before purchasing tokens for enrichment.<\/p>\n

No duplicate charges, including within a team<\/strong><\/p>\n

You won't spend tokens if you accidentally include a prospect who's already been enriched, whether by you or a teammate, unless Overwrite<\/strong> is enabled.<\/p>\n

Tokens are only refundable if unused<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you buy a token package by mistake, request a refund before using any tokens from it.<\/p>\n

Token cost of each enrichment<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Go to your\u00a0Prospects<\/a>\u00a0and choose the list you want to enrich. Click\u00a0Enrich & AI tools<\/strong>\u00a0and choose the tool you need.<\/p>\n

You can start enrichment on selected prospects, a segment filtered by tags, or your entire list.<\/p>\n

Tokens are part of your account balance, along with Credits<\/a>, Recipients<\/a>, and Warm-ups<\/a>.<\/p>\n

To check your balance, go to Billing<\/a> and find Tokens<\/strong> listed under account balances.<\/p>\n

Each account receives 50 free tokens<\/strong> as a one-time allocation to try enrichment features. These tokens don't expire, and once spent they don't renew.<\/p>\n

Purchase tokens<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Enrichment tokens are billed separately from your plan subscription.<\/p>\n

In the same Billing<\/strong> section, click Get more tokens<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Auto-refill tokens<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Auto-refill adds tokens to your balance automatically, so your enrichments don't stop when it runs out.<\/p>\n

Open the Auto-refill tokens<\/strong> tab in Billing<\/a> and turn on the toggle.<\/p>\n

Track token expiration<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Purchased tokens must be used within 90 days<\/strong>. After that period, any unused tokens expire.<\/p>\n
