A bulk column<\/strong> stores multiple values. You can extract any data point from a bulk column into its own single column.<\/p>\n Here's how each data type works.<\/p>\n Native fields give you the base data to contact prospects via email and LinkedIn, personalize with general details, and enrich further.<\/p>\n Native fields fill in automatically when you find prospects using Database Search<\/a>, LinkedIn Search<\/a>, or other Finder tools<\/a>.<\/p>\n Fields map directly from your CSV columns during import<\/a>.<\/p>\n You can create a prospect manually and edit native fields on individual prospect profiles.<\/p>\n Native fields are organized into two categories: prospect data<\/strong> fields and Employment<\/strong> (company data) fields.<\/p>\n These store general information about the prospect.<\/span><\/p>\n These store information about the prospect's company.<\/span><\/p>\n Here are the ways you can use native prospect data fields in your workflow:<\/p>\n Custom fields store your own data and insights. This can be anything you need for your workflow: details for personalization, or info your team needs.<\/p>\n To create a custom field, open a prospect list and click Manage custom fields and data tabs<\/strong>, then Add field<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Custom fields are account-wide. The field you add in one list is created automatically across all other lists in your account<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Add any kind of information that helps your process.<\/p>\n Add custom data for prospects using these methods.<\/p>\n Here are the ways you can use custom fields in your workflow:<\/p>\n Enrichment fields provide data that isn't available in native fields, giving you special insights for relevant outreach.<\/p>\n For most enrichment tools, like <\/span>Get company details<\/b>, Snov.io automatically adds new columns to store the results. <\/span><\/p>\n For AI-based tools, like <\/span>Fill out from web<\/b>, you choose or create the results column yourself.<\/span><\/p>\n Enrichment fields are per-list. The columns with data appear in the prospect list where you ran the tool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n Enrichment fields populate only through enrichment tools. You cannot edit them manually.<\/p>\n To update previously enriched data, select the same column for results and enable Overwrite existing rows<\/strong>. This replaces the values with fresh results.<\/p>\n Enrichment fields can contain a wide range of data, depending on the tool:<\/p>\n Enriched data appears in each prospect's profile and in your lists.
