Use them in your prospect lists to add more data to your prospects, get insights through AI research, and write messages. Tokens work with any Snov.io plan, including the Free plan.

What's the difference between credits and tokens?

Credits and tokens are separate balances. Credits are spent on finding and verifying email addresses with Finder and Verifier.

Tokens are spent with Enrichment & AI tools.

Do I need prospects in my list before I can enrich them?

Yes. To enrich prospects, first add them to your list using a Finder tool or import them from a file.

Saving prospects requires credits, so make sure you have enough to build your list before you buy tokens for enrichment.

Costs and charges

How many tokens does each enrichment cost?

The cost depends on the tool and on the provider or AI model you choose. See the token cost of each enrichment for the full list.

Will I be charged if an enrichment finds nothing?

In most cases, no. Most tools charge only for the data they find or change. These tools include Find phone numbers, Get email addresses, Get company details, and Clean and edit.

The exception is Fill out from web. It charges for every prospect you include, even when no public data is found.

Will I be charged twice for the same prospect?

No. You won't spend tokens if you accidentally include a prospect who has already been enriched, whether by you or a teammate, unless Overwrite is enabled. Prospects updated through Overwrite also cost tokens.

Plans and balance

Do I need to buy tokens separately?

Not if your plan covers what you need. Every plan includes tokens. Paid plans get a new quota each month, and the amount depends on your plan:

Free: 25 tokens, given once

Starter: 75 tokens

Pro S: 150 tokens

Pro M: 300 tokens

Pro L: 500 tokens

Ultra: 750 tokens

If you need more, you can buy a token package or turn on Auto-refill.

How do I check my token balance?

Open the menu in the top-right corner, or go to Billing and find Tokens.

Your balance combines the tokens included with your plan and the tokens from any token packages you bought.

Where can I see how I spent my tokens?

Go to Usage in your account and open the Tokens tab. It lists your token transactions.

Token packages

How do I buy a token package?

Go to Billing and click Get more tokens. Packages come in six sizes: 1,000, 2,000, 5,000, 10,000, 20,000, and 50,000 tokens.

You can buy more than one package, and they add up on your balance. Each purchase is a one-time payment that does not renew automatically.

Do tokens expire or roll over?

It depends on the token type:

Plan tokens on paid plans reset when your plan renews each month. Unused plan tokens do not roll over

Token packages add up on your balance and are independent of your plan subscription. Each package is valid for 90 days from the purchase date

The 25 tokens on the Free plan do not expire. They stay in your balance until you use them

Each package has its own 90-day timer. Snov.io uses the tokens closest to expiring first, even after you buy a new package.

I bought tokens by mistake. Can I get a refund?

Yes, if you haven't used any tokens from that package. To request a refund, contact our customer care team. Expired token packages are not refundable.

Auto-refill

How does Auto-refill work?

Auto-refill adds tokens to your balance automatically, so your enrichments don't stop when you run out. Buy a token package first. Then open the Auto-refill tokens tab in Billing and turn on the toggle. Auto-refill starts whenever you have fewer than 100 tokens left.

Set your preferences, then click Apply to save them:

Token package: the package to buy with each refill

Monthly spending cap: the most you want to spend on tokens per calendar month. The cap resets on the 1st of every month. If the next purchase would go over the cap, Auto-refill stops until the cap resets

Each package bought by Auto-refill has its own 90-day timer, like any other token package.

What happens if I run out of tokens?

Snov.io pauses the enrichment.
