Add your Microsoft mailbox to Snov.io to use it for email outreach, warm-up, and deliverability checks.<\/p>\n

You can connect Microsoft 365 and Outlook accounts, including Microsoft business mailboxes and Outlook accounts hosted by GoDaddy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> Before connecting the mailbox, make sure you can sign in to the Microsoft account and that SMTP and IMAP are enabled.<\/p>\n

Once you\u2019re ready, follow these steps to connect your Outlook account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Connect a new email account<\/strong><\/h3>\n

In your Snov.io account, go to the <\/span>Email accounts<\/span><\/a> page. This is where you manage all connected sender accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n

In the top-left corner, click <\/span>Add email account<\/b> \u2192 select <\/span>Your existing email account<\/b> \u2192 choose <\/span>Office 365\/Outlook<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before continuing, make sure SMTP access is enabled for your Outlook account. Without it, Snov.io will not be able to connect your mailbox.<\/span><\/p>\n

At this step, you\u2019ll confirm that Snov.io has permission to work with this Outlook account.<\/span><\/p>\n

Snov.io needs this access to connect to your mailbox, send emails on your behalf, and track email activity and replies for your campaign statistics and reports.<\/span><\/p>\n

Review the requested permissions and approve access.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finish account settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n

After successful authorization, you\u2019ll see the account settings. Review the tabs and configure the settings you need.<\/p>\n

Each connected account can have its own sending limits, signature, and other settings to help improve performance.<\/p>\n

Custom tracking domain<\/b><\/p>\n

If you plan to track opens or link clicks, set up a custom tracking domain. Using tracking without a custom domain can affect deliverability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Domain health<\/b><\/p>\n

Use the built-in test to confirm everything is configured correctly on your domain. It validates <\/span>SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX,<\/b> and <\/span>CNAME<\/b> records.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fix anything missing in DNS before you start warm-up or launch campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n

Unibox<\/b><\/p>\n

Add accounts to built-in <\/span>Unibox<\/span><\/a> to manage replies across all your outreach accounts.<\/span><\/p>\n

BCC to CRM<\/b><\/p>\n

If you already use a CRM for lead management, you can add your CRM\u2019s <\/span>BCC address<\/b> to log all emails sent from a specific account in Snov.io.<\/span><\/p>\n
