<\/div>\n- The Starter plan version<\/strong> of Teamwork includes sharing limits and a multi-account setup.<\/p>\n - Advanced Teamwork<\/strong> with shared data access is available on all Pro<\/strong> and Ultra plans<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n Work in Team as a Team leader<\/a><\/p>\n Work in Team as a Team member<\/a><\/p>\n Teamwork across Snov.io tools<\/a><\/p>\n Team limits and quotas<\/a><\/p>\n When you join a team, your workspace is divided into two workspaces \u2014 <\/span>personal<\/b> and <\/span>team<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n Visually, both look the same, but they store different data (the <\/span>Team data<\/span><\/i> and your <\/span>Personal data<\/span><\/i>).<\/span><\/p>\n You can be part of a team and still work in your personal account as before joining the team.<\/span><\/p>\n All your records, sender accounts, prospects, lists, campaigns, and deals remain separate in your personal workspace.<\/span><\/p>\n Note: All data in your personal workspace (<\/span>personal data<\/span><\/i>) stays private \u2014 your team and teammates don\u2019t have access to it.<\/span><\/p>\n You can switch between your <\/span>Team<\/b> and <\/span>Personal<\/b> workspaces from the quick menu in your profile. Your team leader\u2019s account name will be shown in the menu.<\/span><\/p>\n Roles in a Team define each member\u2019s overall options for managing team settings and data access.<\/span><\/p>\n There are two main roles in Teamwork:<\/span><\/p>\n Members can have permissions that determine access a member has to team data<\/span><\/p>\n There are two permission levels for team members:<\/span><\/p>\n The <\/span>Team Leader<\/b> is responsible for overall management: inviting and removing members, handling pending or inactive members, managing team data, billing, permissions, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n To create a team, add members from the <\/span>My Team<\/a> page.<\/span><\/p>\n Use the <\/span>Invite<\/b> option to send invitations via email. You can invite any user who isn\u2019t currently a member of another team in Snov.io.<\/span><\/p>\n If the invitee already has a Snov.io account, they\u2019ll see the invitation on their dashboard.<\/span><\/p>\n If they don\u2019t, they\u2019ll receive an email invitation with instructions to sign up and create an account.<\/span><\/p>\n On the <\/span>My Team<\/b> page, you can view all team members and their current status, add or remove members and manage their data access.<\/span><\/p>\n After a member is removed from the team, their status changes to Deactivated<\/strong>, and they lose all member privileges. You can reactivate them at any time if needed.<\/p>\n As a Team Leader, you have full access to all data within the Team account, including records created by other team members.<\/p>\n You can view and manage all prospect lists, campaigns, Unibox messages, deals, and analytics created within your team.<\/p>\n As a <\/span>Team Leader<\/b>, you can manage each member\u2019s level of access to team data by assigning permissions:<\/span><\/p>\n As a <\/span>Team Leader<\/b>, you can control whether team members are allowed to export shared team data.<\/span><\/p>\n Toggle the <\/span>Allow export<\/b> option on or off:<\/span><\/p>\n In the <\/span>Team statistics<\/b> section, you can monitor the results of each member\u2019s campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n It provides a quick overview of key metrics, including prospects added, emails sent, open rates, and reply rates.<\/span><\/p>\n For more detailed analytics per member or account, go to the <\/span>Reports<\/span><\/a> dashboard.<\/span><\/p>\n In a Team, the team leader is responsible for managing everything related to billing and subscriptions. This includes purchasing and renewing the team\u2019s plan, DFY mailboxes, and LinkedIn add-ons.<\/span><\/p>\n On the Team dashboard, members can see the countdown to the next plan renewal.<\/span><\/p>\n To view your team\u2019s plan, active add-ons, and domains, go to the <\/span>Billing<\/span><\/a> section in your account.<\/span><\/p>\n Members have shared access to premium Snov.io tools, add-ons, and features, as well as team account quotas and limits according to the team\u2019s plan.<\/span><\/p>\n Team members can view team data (records created by other members) based on the permissions set by the team leader.<\/p>\n Depending on the assigned permission level, you may be able to access prospect lists, campaigns, Unibox conversations, deals in CRM, and more.<\/p>\n There are two permission levels available for team members:<\/p>\n When you join a Team, you start working with <\/span>Team data<\/b>, which belongs to the Team account.<\/span><\/p>\n While you\u2019re a team member, you work with Team records \u2014 including those of other members \u2014 as well as your own records created in your Team workspace.<\/span><\/p>\n Team data includes everything collected or imported by team members while being part of the Team.<\/span><\/p>\n Your personal data (created before joining a Team) remains in your personal workspace. You can switch between your personal and Team workspaces anytime from your account settings.<\/span><\/p>\n Any data and records created by you while in the Team belong to the Team.<\/span><\/p>\n This means that when you leave the Team, your data will stay in the Team account. The Team leader can transfer that data to another active member if needed.<\/span><\/p>\n You can view team records created by other members directly in different sections of your team workspace, such as Campaigns, Prospects, Unibox, or Deals in \u0421RM.<\/p>\n Look for the Team records<\/strong> filter or menu option to switch between your own data and shared team data.<\/p>\n Team members can view other members' prospect lists based on the permissions.<\/span><\/p>\n To filter lists by owner, use the dropdown at the top of the<\/span> Prospects<\/span><\/a> page to show lists belonging to specific team members.<\/span><\/p>\n Team members may be allowed to export other members' lists if given Allow export permission by the team leader.<\/span><\/p>\n Custom prospect fields are not shared between team members. Each member can only use the fields they\u2019ve added themselves.<\/span><\/p>\n Team members can view other members' campaigns and statistics depending on the permission, but cannot edit them or change settings.<\/span><\/p>\n Only the campaign owner can create, edit, or launch campaigns in their team workspace.<\/span><\/p>\n To filter campaigns by owner, use the <\/span>Filter <\/b>option at the top right on the<\/span> Campaigns<\/span><\/a> page.<\/span><\/p>\n Team members cannot use each other\u2019s connected accounts for sending or rotation \u2014 only the account owner can use their own accounts in campaigns.<\/p>\n However, members can share credentials for DFY mailboxes<\/a> and add them to their team workspace to use in campaigns.<\/p>\n Unibox<\/strong><\/p>\n Team members can use Unibox<\/strong> in Snov.io to access and manage shared email inboxes, view synchronized messages from connected accounts, and collaborate on sales communications.<\/p>\n They can read and reply to emails from their own or shared mailboxes, track interactions with leads, and search or filter conversations by team member or account.<\/p>\n Only the mailbox owner can modify mailbox settings, while team members with shared access can view and reply to emails but cannot change configurations.<\/p>\n Unibox<\/strong> synchronizes all incoming and outgoing messages in real time within the Team.
