In this guide, you'll learn how to upload your lists for bulk email verification<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Open Bulk Email Verification<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Step 3: Add to list or export results<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

By using Bulk Email Verification, you can run verification checks on your entire email list in bulk and remove any invalid addresses before starting a campaign.<\/span><\/p>\n

How to verify and clean email lists in bulk<\/h2>\n

Step 1: Open Bulk Email Verification\u00a0<\/a><\/strong><\/h3>\n

To access Bulk Email Verification, select it from the Verify emails<\/strong> menu on the navigation bar in your account.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Add emails for verification<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Next, select the option for adding your emails. You will find two options:<\/p>\n

1. Add from file<\/h4>\n

To upload a file with the emails for verification, select the Choose file<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n

Bulk verification capacity:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Bulk Email Verification tool supports CSV, XLS, XLSX and TXT file formats and can process up to 100,000 lines per search. The file size should not exceed 10 MB.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Next, when you see the file preview, click on the column that contains the emails you want to verify.<\/p>\n

If the first line of the column contains headings, check the box that says Use first row for headers<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Finally, click the Upload file<\/strong> button to start processing the file.<\/p>\n

Once the file has been processed, you will see the total number of emails found in the file. To start the verification process, click the Verify<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n

Verification may take some time depending on the number of emails in the file. You can check the verification queue in the Progress<\/strong> column.

2. Add emails manually<\/h4>\n

To verify multiple emails manually, use the Add manually<\/strong> option. Enter the emails to the Email addresses<\/strong> field. Separate the emails with commas, semicolons, spaces, or line breaks. Then click Verify emails.<\/b><\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> If we find emails that don't match the correct email format, we'll skip them during verification. Click Add valid emails<\/strong> to continue.<\/span><\/div>\n

Step 3: Add to list or export verification results<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Once verification is complete, you'll see the number of emails for each verification status in the Status<\/strong> column.<\/p>\n

To add the verified emails to a list, click the Add to list<\/strong> button and choose the desired list.<\/p>\n

To download the file with emails and their verification results, click on the Export<\/strong> icon.<\/p>\n

In the export settings, you have the option to choose which emails with specific statuses you want to export. You can also select the format, such as CSV, XLSX, or Google Sheets.<\/p>\n

Please ensure that you either add the verification results to a list or export them within 30 days from the upload. After this period, the results will be cleared from the Bulk verification page.<\/span><\/div>\n
