When this happens, to continue using Snov.io you can follow one of the two options.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Option 1: Contact your Team leader<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regardless of whether your Team is using a free or a premium plan, your Team leader is in charge of the Team\u2019s plan and its renewal. To continue using Teamwork, contact your Team leader to renew the plan. When the plan expires, your Team leader will see the following message in their account:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"shadow aligncenter wp-image-20119 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2022-12-30_17-32-56.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"853\" height=\"478\" srcset=\"https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2022-12-30_17-32-56.png 853w, https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2022-12-30_17-32-56-300x168.png 300w, https:\/\/snov.io\/knowledgebase\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/2022-12-30_17-32-56-768x430.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 853px) 100vw, 853px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To reopen the Teamwork for all members, the Team leader has to choose one of the two options - <\/span><b>Continue free trial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Upgrade plan<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Once the plan is renewed, you will once again have access to the Teamwork feature and all previously collected data.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Option 2: Leave the Team<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don\u2019t want to proceed as a member of the Team, you can leave it at any moment in your <a href=\"https:\/\/app.snov.io\/team\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Account settings<\/a>.
