FAQ – LinkedIn slots

1. What is a LinkedIn slot?

LinkedIn slots are necessary for connecting and using your LinkedIn account to send multichannel (email + LinkedIn) campaigns –>, automatically visit profiles, like posts, send connection requests, and messages on LinkedIn.

Each slot costs $69 per month. There are no limitations on the number of slots in your Snov.io account, but each additional slot will also cost the full price.

2. How to purchase a LinkedIn slot?

The option to buy slots is available on premium plans only.

You can add slots from these sections in your Account settings –>

After you complete the purchase, the new slots will be added to your account and you can use them to connect LinkedIn accounts.

3. I purchased a LinkedIn slot but haven’t used it. How to get a refund?

LinkedIn slots are non-refundable. We do not offer partial or full refunds for slot subscriptions. When you purchase slots, Snov.io charges you only for the days remaining in your current plan, so you pay only for the time you’ll use the premium plan.

To avoid being charged for slot renewal next month, you can disable automatic add-on renewal or cancel separate slots in the billing settings –>.

4. Where can I check my current billing period for the add-on?

LinkedIn slots have a rolling 30-day billing period, which you can track on the Billing –> page.

If automatic add-on renewal is enabled, you will see the upcoming charge date when your slot will be renewed. If auto-renewal is disabled, you can check the expiration date (see “Expires on”) when it will be deactivated.

To ensure your LinkedIn campaigns are not interrupted when the LinkedIn slot expires, enable renewal to automatically extend its duration.

5. What happens to the add-on if my premium plan expires?

When you purchase slots, you are charged a prorated amount based on your plan’s billing period (how many days are left before the next renewal). This aligns the renewal and expiration dates of both the plans and the add-ons.

The LinkedIn add-on requires an active premium plan. The add-on and your main plan are always on the same billing schedule, which means they expire on the same date.

If your premium plan expires, the add-on will be deactivated as well.

6. How to remove LinkedIn slot from my account? Do I get charged for a slot if I don’t connect a LinkedIn account to it?

An empty slot is considered active and will be included in your billing. If automatic add-on renewal is enabled in your account, you will still be charged for its renewal at the end of the billing period.

To cancel the auto-renewal for slots, click Cancel renewal next to the required slot on the Billing page in your account settings.

If automatic renewal is off, the slot will be deactivated automatically on the expiration date (see “Expires on”).

Canceling a slot means it will be removed from your plan, and you will not be charged for it in the next billing period.

Please note that there are no refunds (full or prorated) for any unused days of the slot.

7. When buying an add-on (on the Price Breakdown page), it says you can use a bonus balance or a promo code. How can I get the bonuses?

You can earn bonuses through our rewards program by completing various tasks in your Snov.io account. The earned bonuses can be used as a discount for a premium plan. If your purchase only includes an add-on, the bonus discount cannot be applied.

Only claimed bonuses can be used for discounts. Make sure you’ve claimed all your bonuses on the Rewards page before proceeding. Unclaimed bonuses will stay in your balance and can be used for future purchases.

After claiming your bonuses, click Use bonus balance in the price breakdown pop-up to apply them.
