Snov.io sends emails directly from your email account (using your provider’s server). This gives you full control over your account's settings and performance.
To add your email accounts to Snov.io, go to your Account settings. You have two options to choose from:
Manual email connection
Click Add email account to get started, then select your email service provider. Based on the provider you select, we’ll suggest and pre-fill the default settings for that provider.
Enter your account credentials (login and password) in the corresponding fields in the email settings. This allows Snov.io to connect to your email account and send emails on your behalf using your provider's servers.
Connect accounts from any provider. Snov.io supports all major email service providers (ESPs). If your provider isn't on the list, select the Other option to add an account from any provider or custom email server using SMTP settings.
Bulk email connection via CSV import
To add multiple email sender accounts at once, use the Import from CSV option.
Upload a CSV file with account details and provider settings, and Snov.io will automatically set up the accounts using data from your file.
Remember: newly connected email accounts need preparation for best performance:
- Start warm-up
- Check domain health and add DNS settings for domain if necessary
- Run regular deliverability tests to detect issues and get personalized advice on how to fix them
