How to change a billing mode for your plan

All paid tiers of Snov.io operate using two billing modes: (not to confuse with subscription types: monthly or yearly):

This mode requires manual renewal

With renewal OFF mode, your account tier will be lowered a free version at the end of current billing period.

You can still continue using the service and upgrade when necessary.

Your credit and recipient balances will be set to a free version limits if not renewed before the end of current billing period.

How to switch your billing mode to renewal On:

1) Open Billing page

Go to your account overview page and select the Billing tab on the left. 

See the date when your plan expires.

2) Enable renewal

Click on off to enable automatic renewal and extend your paid service.

 

With renewal ON, your Snov.io service will renew every 30 days according to a chosen pricing option.

You will be charged using the same payment method you’ve used to purchase your current plan.

How to switch your billing mode to renewal Off:

1) Open Billing page

Go to your account overview page and select the Billing tab on the left. 

See the next charge date.

2) Disable renewal

if you don’t want to extend your paid service for the upcoming months, you can switch renewall off. This is the same as cancelling your plan.

Click on on to disable automatic renewal.

Automatic renewal is enabled by default after purchasing any of the paid monthly plans.

You can switch from off back to on if you purchased a plan before.
