How to manage your calendar and schedule meetings in Snov.io CRM
There are two ways to make appointments in CRM. The first is to do it on the Deals page.
To schedule a meeting or call for a specific deal, go to Deals page in CRM and click the deal you need in your pipeline.
Choose its type: e-mail, meeting or call.
Add e-mails of guests and location if needed. Clicking the option video call will create a Google Meet link for an online meeting. Invitations with a Google Meet link will be automatically generated and sent to e-mails of guests you added.
Another option is scheduling a meeting from List or Calendar view on the Tasks page.
Add all necessary info in a pop-up window and click Save.
How to manage meetings and their statuses
In the pipeline view, you can see if a deal has an assigned call or meeting and its status, indicated by colored icons on each deal card.
Click the status icon to access all meetings or calls related to a deal or create a new one directly from a pipeline.
Calendar view lets you quickly reschedule a meeting or call by dragging it to a different timeslot.
How to filter meetings
In both Calendar and List views, you can filter your meetings, calls and tasks by time, type of activity and team member.
- a date range
- a type of activity in the top right corner
- the team member in the top right corner to see their meetings and completion progress
To change the call or meeting status to Completed in the List view, click on the circle next to the task title to mark it. Click the ticked circle again to change the status back to Active.
In the Calendar view, choose the specific date range or use the single arrows to go one week forward or backward.
To mark the call or meeting as completed, click on it, add a comment and press Complete. You can re-assign Active status by clicking the Reopen button.

After adding your meetings, calls, and tasks to Snov.io CRM, you can sync them with your Google Calendar to keep everything in one place.
It also works the other way around—you can create events in Google Calendar first and sync them to Snov.io.
This way, both calendars stay up to date and easy to manage.
Calendar syncing with Google Calendar
Syncing Snov.io CRM Google Calendar lets you easily track and manage appointments, avoid double-booking and switching between two calendars. With Calendar Sync, your meetings will automatically appear in both calendars and smooth out the workflow.
To set up:
- Go to My Account page in Snov.io
- Click the Calendar Sync tab on the left and choose Sign in with Google
- Select your Google account and grant Snov.io the necessary permissions
Once connected, your sync status will display as 'Active'. Only activities created or edited while the Sync status is active will be synced from Snov.io to Google Calendar.
The page will now display the settings.
- With two-way sync, all your Snov.io activities will appear in your Google Calendar and all events you create in the calendar will sync to Snov.io.
- With one-way sync, all your Snov.io activities will appear in your Google Calendar and only edits to Snov.io events will sync back to Snov.io from the calendar.
You can save calendar events to Snov.io as a task, e-mail, meeting or call. It’s flexible and up to your choice for better organization.
By default, all activity types sync to Google Calendar. But you can choose which specific Snov.io activities will be synced to your Google Calendar. Unselect those that you don’t want to be synced.
Once you complete the setup, your meetings and calls will be synced with your Google Calendar and appear there.

Snov.io integrates with Calendly, so you can add meeting links to your e-mails and let prospects book a time with you easily.
Zoom meetings via Zapier integration
Looking to connect your calendar tools beyond Google Calendar? With Snov.io’s Zapier integration, you can also connect to tools like Zoom, Google Sheets and Calendly to automate parts of your meeting scheduling and follow-up process.
While Snov.io doesn't offer a native integration with Zoom, you can connect the two applications using Zapier. Then Zoom meetings can be scheduled automatically when a prospect reaches a certain stage in Snov.io. You can also perform some follow-up actions.
