Zoom meetings via Zapier integrationKeeping your calendar and meetings well-managed is key to staying productive. When working with deals and prospects in Snov.io CRM, you can use the built-in calendar to keep track of your meeting schedule with leads from your Snov.io campaigns.

How to manage your calendar and schedule meetings in Snov.io CRM

There are two ways to make appointments in CRM. The first is to do it on the Deals page. 

To schedule a meeting or call for a specific deal, go to Deals page in CRM and click the deal you need in your pipeline. Click Schedule task.

Choose its type: e-mail, meeting or callSet the date and duration. Click Free or Busy if you’d like to be shown as available or unavailable for other meetings and calls at this time. 

Add e-mails of guests and location if needed. Clicking the option video call will create a Google Meet link for an online meeting. Invitations with a Google Meet link will be automatically generated and sent to e-mails of guests you added. 

Another option is scheduling a meeting from List or Calendar view on the Tasks page

Add all necessary info in a pop-up window and click Save.You can quickly edit meeting or call details by clicking its name in the List view. While in the Calendar view, you can add a new activity by clicking on any timeslot in the timetable or clicking on the same Create task button. 

How to manage meetings and their statuses

In the pipeline view, you can see if a deal has an assigned call or meeting and its status, indicated by colored icons on each deal card.There are four statuses:

a green diamond - you have meetings or calls due today 

a yellow diamond - you have no meetings or calls

a gray diamond - you have upcoming meetings or calls

a red diamond - you have overdue meetings or calls

Click the status icon to access all meetings or calls related to a deal or create a new one directly from a pipeline.Columns and details are clickable and customizable. Hover your mouse over the details you want to change, click the Edit icon and change the info. You can quickly edit meeting details by clicking on its title.

Calendar view lets you quickly reschedule a meeting or call by dragging it to a different timeslot.

How to filter meetings 

In both Calendar and List views, you can filter your meetings, calls and tasks by time, type of activity and team member.While viewing meetings as a list, choose one of the options in the drop-down menu:

To change the call or meeting status to Completed in the List view, click on the circle next to the task title to mark it. Click the ticked circle again to change the status back to Active.

In the Calendar view, choose the specific date range or use the single arrows to go one week forward or backward.

To mark the call or meeting as completed, click on it, add a comment and press Complete. You can re-assign Active status by clicking the Reopen button.You can also mark calls and meetings as completed on your pipeline page. Open any deal and go to the Tasks tab. Click on the meeting or call, add a comment if necessary and click Complete.

After adding your meetings, calls, and tasks to Snov.io CRM, you can sync them with your Google Calendar to keep everything in one place.

It also works the other way around—you can create events in Google Calendar first and sync them to Snov.io.

This way, both calendars stay up to date and easy to manage.

Calendar syncing with Google Calendar

Syncing Snov.io CRM  Google Calendar lets you easily track and manage appointments, avoid double-booking and switching between two calendars. With Calendar Sync, your meetings will automatically appear in both calendars and smooth out the workflow.

To set up:

Once connected, your sync status will display as 'Active'. Only activities created or edited while the Sync status is active will be synced from Snov.io to Google Calendar.In case the sync connection was interrupted, click Re-connect.

The page will now display the settings. Choose the syncing type: 

You can save calendar events to Snov.io as a task, e-mail, meeting or call. It’s flexible and up to your choice for better organization. 

By default, all activity types sync to Google Calendar. But you can choose which specific Snov.io activities will be synced to your Google Calendar. Unselect those that you don’t want to be synced.

Once you complete the setup, your meetings and calls will be synced with your Google Calendar and appear there.

Zoom meetings via Zapier integration

Looking to connect your calendar tools beyond Google Calendar? With Snov.io’s Zapier integration, you can also connect to tools like Zoom, Google Sheets and Calendly to automate parts of your meeting scheduling and follow-up process.

While Snov.io doesn't offer a native integration with Zoom, you can connect the two applications using Zapier. Then Zoom meetings can be scheduled automatically when a prospect reaches a certain stage in Snov.io. You can also perform some follow-up actions.
