Artur holds a degree in International Economics from Lviv National University, which gave him a lasting appreciation for both language and numbers — a combination that turned out to be exactly what deliverability work demands.

He began his career in Customer Care, where he developed a close, hands-on understanding of what actually goes wrong for users and how support conversations reveal patterns long before dashboards do. That grounding in real user problems became the foundation for his move into email deliverability, where he now applies the same instinct for spotting patterns to statistics, sender reputation, and inbox placement.
