Hi Snovians!
With the year’s final stretch approaching, now is the perfect time to maximize your lead generation strategy and end the year on a high note.
This month, we’ve rolled out powerful new tools and updates to help you make every connection count. From Sentimental AI insights for more meaningful outreach to enhanced LinkedIn features and upgraded reporting, these updates are designed to make your job easier and your results even better.
Diversifying lead generation across multiple channels can increase your visibility and strengthen your outreach. But how can you perform post-campaign analysis and improve your strategy for future campaigns?
Until recently, you could monitor key metrics for your email and LinkedIn campaigns separately in our Reports dashboard. Now, with the new General tab, you can also get a comprehensive overview of your overall performance!
Total contacted
Shows the total number of recipients you’ve reached through any channel.
Total reply rate
Indicates the overall percentage of recipients who replied after being contacted across any channel.
Your team performance
This section highlights each team member’s contribution to the overall results, combining data from all the campaigns they’ve launched.
We’ve revamped the design and layout of all reports to showcase key performance indicators (KPIs) more clearly and add visual appeal. (Spoiler: It’s now perfect for sharing screenshots!)
We continuously improve our LinkedIn Automation tool to help you streamline your outreach and achieve even bigger results!
We’ve increased the daily action limit from 30 to 50. Now, you can engage with even more leads!
For safe LinkedIn outreach, aim for up to 30 actions per day. Use the maximum limit with caution, as the platform may impose restrictions, particularly on low-activity accounts. Consider setting higher limits only if your SSI score is between 50 and 75 points or if you have a LinkedIn Premium account. |
When using LI Prospect Finder, you can view and manage searches in a separate browser tab, which needs to stay open while the search is in progress.
Now, if you accidentally close this tab, your progress is automatically saved. Simply reopen the Active Searches page from your browser’s history and click Resume to continue right where you left off.
As you may know, Google began blocking images in emails sent to Gmail users and flagging potentially suspicious emails as part of its ongoing efforts to protect users from spam.
“Tracking pixels” in emails will also be blocked. This means you won’t be able to detect email opens or see them in your statistics as before.
Step 1: Turn off open tracking and use link tracking instead
Link tracking offers an alternative way to see who interacts with your emails. You can also set up Clicked on link conditions in your sequence settings.
In addition, we recommend configuring a custom tracking domain to ensure safe link tracking.
Step 2: Add images properly
While avoiding images altogether is the safest route, it’s not always possible to do that. So, use them only if they’re essential for your email campaign. Remove unnecessary visuals and keep what’s important to avoid triggering spam filters.
If this is the first time you are contacting a lead, don’t use any images at all. It’s better to include them in follow-ups.
Step 3: Measure engagement using Reply rate or Booked meetings
As mentioned above, Snov.io tracks replies for emails and any LinkedIn messages sent through LinkedIn Automation software. So, you can track this data in the Reports section.
For an alternative KPI, you can integrate with Calendly to track booked meetings and get a more comprehensive view of your campaign performance.
🤫 Snov.io dev team has been hard at work preparing an exclusive solution for this issue to make tracking easier and more accurate! Look out for more updates coming soon! |
When you send connection requests on LinkedIn, some of them will inevitably remain unanswered (that’s just how the platform works, unfortunately). So as your outreach volume increases, the number of pending requests will naturally grow as well.
If you have too many unanswered connection requests, LinkedIn may flag your activity as spammy or unwanted by recipients. This could result in temporary suspension or restrictions on sending additional requests, impacting your outreach efforts.
To prevent limitations on your LinkedIn account, you can easily track and manage pending requests directly from your Snov.io account!
Too many pending requests can prompt LinkedIn to flag your activity as spam, leading to possible restrictions. To avoid this, manage your pending requests directly in your Snov.io account and keep the number of pending requests below 500 for one account. |
