Snov.io update: always here for you 💜

It’s been a week since our last update, and today we hurry up to inform you that the Snov.io team is in full safety to continue serving our customers and developing our SaaS product. We have relocated our main office to the western part of Ukraine and helped evacuate the majority of our employees together with their families.

Thanks to our offices outside Ukraine that backed up the service during these turbulent weeks, we keep on getting new customers, which is a real inspiration to our team and the Ukrainian IT business in general.

Snov.io is back to work, thinking of new strategies for improving our product and focusing on the new opportunities for our CRM. In addition, we continue developing our blog and providing our customers with a fresh portion of valuable sales, email marketing, and growth hacks.

Our support team is always here for you, so whenever you have any questions or need our help, feel free to contact us by emailing help@snov.io or sending a message in the live chat.

We thank everyone who stands with Ukraine these days, who has donated to our army and volunteer centers, and who keeps on supporting our business. We feel strong being again on track, are motivated to move on our business processes, and stay united in our main mission — to provide our customers with more leads, more sales, and more revenue.

With love,

Snov.io team 💙💛

Natalie helps fresh sales reps, B2B marketers, and link builders transition into their new roles and master the art of their job through valuable guides and use cases. She backbones every educational piece of content with thorough research, primary data collection based on experience and interviews, and provides in-depth statistics – all with the aim to educate young business professionals on how to attract customers and influencers to their product and foster its growth. Natalie’s educational background is solely linguistic, which transitioned to the academic writing area first. Soon she tackled managing her own team of editors, which made her realize the importance of team and product growth, leading her to email marketing content in 2018. Two years later, she started her path in preparing her own sales and marketing-oriented guidelines for businesses all over the world. Throughout her three-year-long journey at Snov.io, Natalie realized her passion for business research and educational support for young entrepreneurs. Now she specializes in B2B sales, link-building outreach, and sales automation and keeps improving her SaaS expertise.
