Many of you may know that Snov.io is a Ukrainian SaaS, with our core team of almost 90 people situated in large Ukrainian cities.
On February 24, Russia started the war against Ukraine. On February 24, our daily life turned into hell. Russian troops attack both military and peaceful civilians and drop bombs on residential areas, even on kindergartens and hospitals across the country. Adults, children, and pets die.
Some of our employees have already moved their homes to safer places, many are still in the middle of the combat zone, together with their families in basements and shelters, and some team members are protecting Ukraine on the front line.
We are standing strong, and our brave team is finding time and courage to provide the service to all our customers. We also have powerful support from our Brazilian and Chinese local teams and are very grateful for this.
Our service is fully functional. We want to assure you that all your information is safe. All our servers run on AWS, no information is stored in Ukraine, and we have passed multiple Google Security Assessments to make sure that your data is intact at any time. We have a lot of plans for service improvement, and as soon as the situation stabilizes, we will do our best to regroup our forces and get to the most productive work!
If you want to contact us — you can always do this by emailing help@snov.io or sending a message in the live chat, though we may reply slower than usual.
If you want to help Ukraine — please support our Military forces financially; every little help counts. Here are some of the ways you can do that:
The world has to act! Stand with Ukraine. Protest against this war!
