50M+ Company Profiles Unlocked! Plus Smarter Tracking & Outreach Tools

With 50M+ verified company profiles now at your fingertips in Snov.io’s Database Search, your lead generation just got a massive upgrade. And that’s not all!

September also brought enhanced InMail sending, improved email warm-up, and much more.

50M+ company profiles in Database Search

Bad data quietly kills performance. Recent benchmarks indicate that list/CRM data decays by 28% per year, so keeping data enriched and fresh is now a must, not a nice-to-have.

Our team dedicates extra time and care to providing high-quality data to our customers. Last month, we expanded our company database, and now you have access to over 50 million company profiles!

Simply go to Database Search, click on the Companies tab, and type in your filters or keywords to find the organizations you want to target.

Existing records have also been updated to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, with regular updates to follow.

LinkedIn InMails in prospect profiles

In addition to sending InMails in your campaigns, you can now send them directly from a prospect profile using your connected LinkedIn account.

Simply open any prospect profile and choose InMail (Email and direct LinkedIn message are also available).

This will help you directly contact any lead you need.

SSL certificates for custom tracking domains

To boost your deliverability, Snov.io now automatically issues SSL certificates for all custom tracking domains, both new and existing. This means all tracked emails and links run over secure HTTPS, lowering the chances of your messages being flagged as spam.

👉 Pro tip: double-check that your DNS and CNAME records are set up correctly. If they’re off, your open and click tracking might not work as expected. Need help? Check out our troubleshooting guide for quick fixes.

Enhanced email warm-up

It’s hard to underestimate the importance of email warm-up. If you skip this step, your campaigns may tank and your deliverability will inevitably suffer, no matter the quality of your product.

Last month, our team released three new warm-up features to help your deliverability stay in check:

  • Spintax in the warm-up campaigns
  • Plain text mode
  • Custom tracking domain

Let’s dissect them one by one:

Spintax

Spintax rotates variations of your text, making each message look unique and more human-like.

You can add Spintax directly from the Variable menu when creating your template in the Email content settings.

👉 Pro tip: make your variations meaningful. Tossing in random changes won’t do much. Check out our article for clear “good vs. bad” Spintax examples to level up your warm-up.

Plain text mode

Sometimes, simple really is smarter. Plain text emails are treated by providers as if they were written and sent manually, not in bulk. That extra trust helps you build sender reputation faster and land more messages in the inbox.

Just open the settings of an existing warm-up (or create a new one) and switch on Plain text mode.

Custom tracking domain

Snov.io Email Warm-up now supports automatically adding your tracking URL to warm-up emails.

Why does this matter? Warming up your domain with tracking turned on reduces the risk of campaigns being flagged by providers.

If you’ve already added your custom tracking domain in email account settings, just head to Warm-up settings and enable it with one click.

Tags for sender accounts

Last but not least, you can now add custom tags to your sender accounts. Tags make it easy to segment and organize your email accounts by purpose, owner, sending volume, or any other criteria your team needs.

Head to Email Accounts and add tags to individual accounts, or bulk-edit multiple senders at once.

Here’s how tags simplify your workflow:

  • Smarter campaign setup

When creating a campaign, simply filter by tag and add senders to rotation in a single click. No more picking accounts one by one.

  • Bulk management

For agencies and large teams juggling hundreds of accounts, tags cut through the chaos and make managing senders fast and simple.

On your Campaigns list, filter campaigns by sender tags and export segmented data for clearer insights.
