The busiest sales season of the year is here! Q4 is crunch time for sales and marketing teams, and your outreach needs to perform at its best. That’s why this month’s updates are all about teamwork, deliverability, and efficiency.
Last month, our team brought you a powerful mix of updates designed to simplify your workflow and sharpen your outreach. From enhanced Teamwork features and new prospect filters in Database Search (plus a brand-new Done-For-You Mailboxes setup), everything’s built to help your team move faster and perform better.
Let’s explore what’s new!
October updates:
LinkedIn prospecting just got easier! Our new LinkedIn Search tool brings lead generation directly into your Snov.io workspace.
You now have two simple ways to find and save prospects from LinkedIn:
Paste a link to your LinkedIn search results, and Snov.io will automatically find verified emails and add those contacts to your selected list.
Upload a file with LinkedIn profile links, and we’ll enrich them with complete data, including names, positions, companies, and verified email addresses.
⚠️ The second option replaces the previous Social URL Search tool and works seamlessly with LinkedIn Automation for a faster, smarter prospecting experience.
💡 Pro tip: For now, we recommend using LinkedIn filters on the search page to save only targeted leads. We are working on adding filters to our LinkedIn Search tool soon, though!
Team collaboration got even smoother. From now on, your personal and Team data stay separate.
When you join a Team, Snov.io automatically creates a dedicated Team workspace for shared records. All records created before joining stay in your personal workspace, while any new data you add afterward is stored in the Team workspace and instantly shared with teammates.
You can easily switch between Team and Personal workspaces from your profile menu, no confusion, no mix-ups.
💡 Pro tip: All data created within the Team workspace belongs to the Team. If a member leaves, their records remain accessible, and the Team leader can transfer ownership to another active member in just a few clicks.
Using plain text in your emails is one of the most effective ways to keep your domain safe and improve your campaigns’ performance across deliverability and engagement metrics. To help you achieve the best deliverability, we added two new features to our Campaigns tool:
When you paste email copy from Gmail, Google Docs, or other external sources, Snov.io automatically cleans up HTML formatting, such as bold text, styles, and links.
💡Pro tip: Want to keep your original styling? Just paste your HTML template directly into the Source code field in the email editor.
Why does this feature matter?
Emails without excess HTML look more natural to providers, making them appear safer and more trustworthy, which helps improve deliverability and inbox placement.
With Plain Text Mode, Snov.io automatically removes any formatting or elements that could trigger spam filters, helping you maintain a strong sender reputation.
You can enable plain text for any step in your sequence or when sending a message directly from a prospect’s profile.
💡Pro tip: We recommend starting your email sequence with a plain text email. For follow-ups, you can switch to HTML to add conditions, visuals, or link tracking.

Why does this feature matter?
Based on our research of 44M+ cold emails, plain text achieves a higher reply rate: 1.30% vs. 1.08% for HTML.
To make prospecting faster and more accurate, we’ve introduced new filters in Database Search that help you zero in on the right leads in just a few clicks.
Search results in Europe and Asia are now broader, automatically covering all regional subdivisions and countries within your selected area.
That means when you choose “Europe” or “Asia,” your search will instantly include prospects from every country in that region.
You can now search prospects by Department or Management Level, making your targeting more precise and effective:
These filters come with default parameters and can be combined with other filters in Database Search for even sharper segmentation.

Setting up mailboxes for outreach just got easier and faster! You can now purchase Done-For-You (DFY) domains and mailboxes directly from your Snov.io workspace, eliminating manual configuration.
DFY Mailboxes are perfect for:
Here’s what you get:
💡Pro tip: For best deliverability, we recommend sticking to these limits:
–> 20-30 emails per day (optimal recommended)
–> 50 emails per day (maximum recommended)

To help you maintain strong deliverability in case of IP-related issues, Snov.io now offers a Dynamic Proxy option.
When enabled, your warm-up will automatically rotate between multiple IP addresses, keeping your activity natural and preventing potential delivery problems.
⚠️ When to use it: Dynamic Proxy isn’t necessary for every sender. Turn it on only if your active warm-up shows signs of issues. For example, if your deliverability score drops to zero or you see warm-up errors in your dashboard.
You can enable this feature at any time in your Warm-up settings with just one click.
And this is it for now.
Black Friday is coming soon, and we have something exciting for you in store! Stay tuned for more updates.
💜With love,
Snov.io team
